Great location, clean, accurate description.
The location is fantastic, practically right on Main Street. Very clean, accurate description, has everything you need. Very clear directions on how to access property. Free parking pass in unit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Park City Condo
Property was clean, comfortable and convenient to the Town Lift. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, etc. We had a problem trying to understand the thermostat. It was set on a program which we had to keep overriding. I would suggest having some instructions available. Also the wifi was extremely slow which made watching the main tv difficult when trying to stream. It kept buffering.

Comfortable & Convenient location!
Our friends were staying at the Marriott, so this property was extremely close. We woke up in the morning and we were right on the Town Lift. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great condo in a great location
Very nice condo in a very convenient location. Bus stop to the lift right outside the development. Easy walk to Main Street. We did not have a car and this location was ideal for that. We could easily use public transportation to get groceries. the hot tub amenities on site were also a nice touch.

Good location, Terrible service
Property was well located near Town lift and Main Street. Complex was nice. Unit was finished with the cheapest of everything, things were breaking, and the “property manager” was more like a “Service Dodger.” Some examples: the heat was remote controlled and kept reverting back to 63 degrees despite the cold. The flimsy toilet paper holder broke off and so did the towel rack. We were 5 people but didn’t have enough towels. No dish soap. Whatever Roku TV is… forget it, doesn’t work. Cooking utensils were few and childish. At least 2 electric plugs didn’t work. The main living room light was broke. Bottom line, good location, everything else made being there unpleasant…. Just know that going in.

Please know, we stock a "starter supply" of items for our guests, which are not meant to be an unlimited supply, but enough to get folks through their arrival days so they can take inventory and pick up whatever they will need for their stay. Great Location!
We had a quick trip to Park City and this condo was perfect. Very clean and the location was perfect for walking anywhere in town. Would definitely stay here again.

the smart thermostat was set to low for comfort. We were cold and the condo was damp. We had trouble getting the towels to dry. We feel that the guests should be able to operate the temperature in the condo. Everything else was great. Thank you

Nice location BUT...
The property itself was pretty good (though a place that sleeps 8 should have more than 4 chairs at the table and only 2 placemats, 4 wine glasses, etc.) But communications with the manager were almost non-existent. Prior to the trip I sent several messages (says they reply within a few hours but days later, no reply and I had to call). We got there and one of the TVs didn't work and the other only worked occasionally. Tried messaging with no response. There was also lots of construction going on, and even though my other friends (5 different groups rented in the same complex) had gotten multiple emails in advance warning of the construction, I got none. Then one morning I left and I got a text from my daughter who said some guys came banging on the door at 8am. She was still asleep and construction workers just walked in and took the front door off to repair. She locked herself in the bathroom and texted me. They said they thought we had checked out but clearly we hadn't as all our things were still there and my daughter was there! Even if we hadn't been home, we had computers, jewelry, etc. and had zero notice that someone would be entering our unit. I was flipping angry and called Vacasa immediately saying it was unacceptable! I also took that opportunity to tell them about the TVs since no one had ever responded to my message. It has now been 6 days since that happened, and I got home 2 days ago, but TVs were never fixed and no one ever got back to me or even apologized (let alone compensated) about the construction workers entering our unit. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews but not this time! Also, my friends who rented through VRBO vs the other guys(not allowed to say) also had problems with their units and they were never fixed.

Perfect place for a ski trip
The location of this property is perfect for a ski/board trip, or to just enjoy downtown Park City. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Town Lift, and to restaurants and shopping. Parking near the condo was easy. There was also laundry facilities in the building for when you needed it. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub, but we saw people enjoying them every night. This location is perfect, and the owner was great with communication. The owner also said he is doing some upgrades inside the condo. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved that this condo is so close to Main Street in Park City. The walking path right outside the sliding door gave us a place to walk our dog and walk right up to Main Street. The condo was well stocked and we were very comfortable.

Great location for family!!!
The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and very easy check in. Location is right in town, walking distance to Main Street. It was nice we never had to get in the car to go to dinner or lunch! The owner , Michael, was very accommodating and was very fast at getting back to us if we needed something or had a question. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location
We were able to walk to Main Street for shopping and great restaurants. The bus line stops right at the front of the property. The ski lift is one block away. Perfect location for doing many things in Park City without having a vehicle.

Great location and amenities.
This condo has a great location and I love that it is on the ground floor. The outside hot tub is wonderful, and there is an inside spa if you don’t want to venture out into the cold. Our family of six were comfortable for the week. I would recommend more blankets, especially for those who do not like to sleep with the heater on. Oh, and measuring spoons. We’ll be back.

Great condo and friendly owner.
We really enjoyed our stay at Park Station. It is very convenient to the downtown lift and so many places to choose from to eat. This location allowed my teenaged boys to check out the area on their own, while I hung out with the other adults we were traveling with. They stayed just across the street. I’d definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect location, comfortable condo!
My husband and I were able to maximize our time on the slopes during the day and then explore Main Street at night due to the perfect location of this condo. It was easy to reserve/access and provides all of the necessities with a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Great Park City Rental!
This condo is located very close to the town lift and main st. The kitchen is well stocked . The beds are comfortable . The pool and hot tubs make for great apres ski. Michael was was easy to work with and quickly corrected the small issue we had. This condo is great for a small family.

Wonderfull property nestled right on Main Street in Park City
The condo is spacious, very well equippped, and has everything you need set up for a great stay. The location could not be more perfect and is a short walk to fantastic restaurants, the town ski lift, and any of the wonderful entertainment park city has to offer. When we arrived there was a mix up with the cleaning crew and the unit had not been cleaned, however the owner went out of his way to get the cleaning taken care of and we could not have been happier with the unit, location, or his customer service. When we return to Park City we will definatelyvlook to stay here again.

Park Station has all you need for a week long stay! In summer, walk to main street or the huge park via a pedestrian trail system. In winter, walk to lifts on main street or easy transport to Park City main entrance. Condo has easy driving access and parking availability. Includes all needed amenities for a long stay including TV, kitchen, and communal laundry, pool, sauna and hot tubs.

Incredible Location..Literally on the Best part of Main St. Relaxing Condo. Will book again.
Hard to put to words the location of this Condo. You are located just steps from the best parts of Main street and Park Ave. Walk to world class dinning and top notch whiskey from High West. The condo itself is relaxing, warm and inviting. The kitchen is large and spacious with an inviting room to relax with those you are with. Make a fire and relax with a glass of wine while you watch it snow or the leaves changing color. Activities are just outside your door from hiking, and biking, to skiing and snowshoeing. Start your day with a delicious crafted breakfast from Harvest (just steps from your door) and finish the day with a local craft beer from Wasatch Brewery, a delicious Whiskey from High West Distillery, or unwind in an elegant wine tasting room at Old Town Cellars. I have lived in Park City and now live in Salt Lake. Will stay here again over and over because of the location and comforts of the condo. Book it and you won't be disappointed. Once you arrive your hardest choice will be, what to do because everything is steps away.

Best location
Super convenient location. 3 minute walk to town lift and main street. Condo was fine - shower/toilet a little tight, but I didn't come to park city to hang out in the bathroom. Knock-off keurig coffee maker was a little hard to figure out. I would suggest to the owner to spring for the real deal. Other than that, owner was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved that it was right downtown, the Park City lift was just a 5 minute walk away (almost felt like a ski-in/ski-out resort), and the bus stopped right by the place- quite convenient! The walls can be a little thin if people are being noisy in the hallway at night, but that was just a one off occurrence. I slept on an air mattress that was provided and it was surprisingly comfortable. There are also board games and a hot tub outside, both of which looked pretty nice, but our group did not end up using them.

Perfectly Located/Perfectly Appointed
Had a great stay at this property. The owners keep it well stocked with everything you might need or want in terms of linens, towels, plateware, glasses, garbage bags, pillows, candles, and on and on. The larger facility is well run as well. Well-kept and well maintained. We enjoyed the extensive hot tub and pool set-up a great deal. The staff with whom we interacted was consistently friendly and helpful. It's not opulent. But it's very comfortable and perfectly functional. It's perfect for what most skiers want and need.

Awesome location! Fun outdoor pool and hot tub in winter!
Location was great! 1 block to the town lift. Rented our ski's right at the town lift and left therm there each night. Short walk to all stores and restaurants. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub while snowing! Nice, clean condo. Suggest tighter frame for the bed so doesn't move when you move; woke up often when my husband moved in bed.

Wonderful place to stay
The property was wonderful. Benefits of the place is that it is only 2 short blocks away from the town lift, steps away from the hot tub, and a couple blocks from Main Street. Location was amazing. The place was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and each room contained a humidifier, which was a nice touch. Michael was very quick to answer any of our questions and was very helpful. We will be staying in this complex again. Only negative was the hot water seemed to be lacking after one person took a shower and the complex wifi was spotty at times. All in all, it was the perfect location for an amazing champaigne powder week in Park City Utah!

A Perfect Stay
The property is in the ideal location in Park City - walking distance to everything. Checking in and out was easy and using a PIN to get in your door was much better than trying to keep up with keys on the slopes. A big thank you to Michael for the outstanding hospitality and quick responses when we had questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to experience Park City.

Clean condo, nicely decorated, close to restaurants and ski lift, first floor easy access, spacious
Older unit but still nice. Wished the toilet was in a separate room. The room was a little narrow in design to hold toilet and shower. Miss nor being able to soak in a tub with jets after a day of skiing. The outside communal hot tub was busy when wanted to use it. Otherwise the place was comfortable with spacious kitchen.

Thank you! We had a great time- perfect snow, sun and apres ski in the outdoor pool and hot tub helped . We loved your place. Our only suggestion would be some added heat by heatilator or baseboard in shower/toilet area would help those 5 degree days we had early in the week.
