It is convenient to ski in-ski out, dining, and apres ski. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The third bedroom was an interior room and did not have a window, which was not described on the listing. It was not as comfortable for our teens as the other rooms. We had several people try it both on Bake and Convection and it wouldn't heat. We had brought food to prepare in the oven and had to adjust our dinner plans. Thirdly, the pool closed with we were there. It was the sole reason I booked this place as we had planned hikes and then relax at the pool while visiting family. Now when I was trying to get the above issues resolved, I didn't really know who to contact as The Lift said it is VRBOs problem and I didn't get any real resolution from the other number that was texting me other than I should try to fix the toliet and "check if it was sealing". The oven clearly is a bigger problem. And, not much could have changed about the pool. It was overall, I guess fine, cuz I can make due for just about anything. They did give us free late checkout, but that only came after several confusing text messages and me getting frustrated enough to ask for it for free. I received 3 different prices before they actually granted the free rate.
