The area is a few miles outside of Parga and is a lovely little village with about 6 restaurants. My Suite is a small boutique hotel with a to-die-for view, of a valley of olive groves leading to the sea. The pool area is beautiful and very luxurious. While we were there, there were only a few people around the pool at any one time. We stayed in the corner room on the top floor, which had a large balcony. The view was spectacular. It was just a standard room, but had everything we needed, including a hidden kitchen area and the bed was super comfy. We had maid service everyday and the whole place was spotless. On our last day there were only us and another couple there, so we were shown the suites on the second floor. These were amazing and absolutely beautiful. Apparently the beds in these are even more comfortable. All the staff were super helpful and really friendly. Olympia on the front desk was a great help with recommendations, as was Christina on the later shift. The lady who ran the kitchen (I’m appalled that I can’t remember her name😬) was absolutely lovely. She always made sure you got what you wanted for breakfast. She also doubled up as a housekeeper, after her breakfast shift, so was super hard working. I would 100% recommend this hotel, if you’re after a more civilised, quieter holiday in a beautiful place. We explored the area by hiring a moped for a week. We had a fantastic time taking in the views. The view and sound of the sea was beautiful, the food was first class, fresh food cooked amazingly the best we had. The staff and owner made our stay after a tough year were just sublime. I love Parga and could not stay anywhere else than the Irida and would 100% suggest to book with them. Beautiful rooms and breakfast was just perfect. Thank you Chris and all your team we will be back for sure. I love my sandals from your pop’s boutique and your pops is the double of you. Thanks a million. Very clean. Breakfast buffet in the mornings were large and delicious with lots of options. Getting to the resort is a pain, but once you're there its fantastic. Easily walkable to Parga (approx 10 mins with a large hill). Beach is beautiful with sunbeds always available. I wish the resort had the option of sea view rooms. And the pools were chilly, it would be nice if they were slightly warmer. Overall great experience and would go back/recommend to others. The bed uncomfortable, you can see that were worn out from the sunken middle. The plumbing was done by a 5 year old, you couldn’t take a shower without hurting yourself. The towel rack was little lower than the ceiling, I’m 6’2” and couldn’t reach the towels. TVs were not even 32” and off the wall. The pool glasses were filthy. They advertise spa services, but only after 5pm, the masseur has a day job! Unfortunately we had to stay 4 days.
