This centrally located single level lockwood property is a short stroll to the many cafés and Boutique shops in Raumati village. With stunning views of Kapiti Island and the South Island (on a good day). Whether it be a couple, one or two families or a group of friends the house is an ideal set up for most groups. Layout; Single level house with two bathrooms Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed (with ensuite bathroom) Bedroom 2 - King size bed Bedroom 3 - King single and a single rollaway/trundler bed Bedroom 4 - 2x Single beds Extras; Cleaning (Required, NZ$120.00 per stay) Located on the beachfront and handy to Raumati's Marine Gardens park and miniature railway for friends and family to enjoy. Raumati Beach is central to a number of facilities including the world class Paraparaumu beach golf club, Southwards car museum, Nga Manu bird sanctuary, Kapiti Island and the cycle and walking tracks in Queen Elizabeth Park. Coastlands shopping centre is also a 5-minute drive away. Sit back, relax, and take in the fresh sea breeze we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Plenty of space, good facilities, retro kiwi bach feel, and a great location by the sea. We had wet weather so didn’t get to spend much time outside but that was no prob.
