For this price I expected more it’s part noise all night, problems with Expedia check-in. Checking rooms before departure, security aggressive. Not recommended

The hotel is great. I hadn't the opportunity to visit the casino. Dining was ok. But the food took a while to prepare. In this situation, when the waitress took the customer orders, they should offer something small to munch at while waiting. We were very hungry and sitting waiting for a while had us upsetting. But I guss every country is different. Thank you for understanding me.

The property was clean and nice, the Indian manager was very nice and she let us check out late. The Indian young man at the front desk was very nice and kind too “sagar” free breakfast was great, blue bar was a nice hang out to see the locals, I think it’s a great place…

From the very first day the bathroom sink in my room was clogged, I informed the front desk immediately & every day thereafter until I left 3 days after but maintenance never checked it or did housekeeping ever visit my room during my stay. I was hardly in my room to use the sink much but by the time I checked out, it was filled pretty close to the top.

There not much to like. Staff was helpful but disorganized. We had water problems in the room for almost 3 days. Then Insects and bugs were all over the place. The place is gambling house for poor, old women and it makes money with the ''casino''. The restaurant was ''ok'', food was eatable but service was 'occasional'. When I complained about the bugs, I was given a can of bug-spray and was asked if I wanted to spray the room myself. This is UNACCEPTABLE, at almost $100 day per room (or at any price). additional Cloth hangers requested finally appeared 48 hours after my request.

Dear mr Sergio Orso, indeed we had water problems for 1 day. We offered you a compensation which was refused by your side. We also offered to spray your room but you refused. That is why we always advise our guests, that if they take up foodstuffs in the room let Housekeeping clean the room daily, but as we understand you did not want housekeeping in the room. Sorry for the negative experience.

Kakkerlak bij het ontbijt, verstopte toilet en water afvoer, Slechte service van de housekeeping, Eten was koud, verrotte sap, eenvoudige ontbijt, Hele dure Laundry, belachelijk duur! Kamerprijs klopt niet met wat je krijgt, verouderde en niet goed onderhouden kamer. Verstopte douche afvoer. Beddenlakens, linnengoed worden niet dagelijks vervangen( werd meestal alleen recht getrokken). Ik ga nooit meer naar dit hotel en ik zou iedereen afraden om bij dit hotel te gaan logeren.

Het was een mooie, schone kamer. In de kamer was er een koelkast, airco en een groot, geluidloos bed. Ook had de badkamer/toilet een afzuiger. De bediening kan je om alles vragen en ze regelen het. Van binnen een minuut een taxi regelen tot je eten opwarmen in de magnetron op het drukste moment van de dag. De bar ernaast met live muziek en hele goede cocktails, is ook om van te genieten. Enige minpuntje: Het wassen van kleren is heel duur. Je betaald in usd en per kledingstuk wat je wilt wassen. Voor de rest een prima verblijf gehad en zeker een aanrader.

Heerlijk geslapen en het personeel is echt heel aardig! Toch zal ik er niet heel snel terug komen. Kamer rook niet lekker en de badkamer stonk. Denk dat er al heel lang niemand had geslapen. Hapjes en drankjes bij Blue bar niet aan te raden. Buurt is het ook net niet. Volgende keer gewoon naar Marriot of Torrarica. Prijs nagenoeg hetzelfde, betere locatie en beter hotel

Hotel propre, bon accueil. Chambre familiale correct, nous avons eu celle avec baignoire, top pour les enfants. Attention taxe de séjour à ajouter au prix de la réservation. Point négatif bruyant le soir à cause du bar au RDC, fin vers 2h et très petite piscine au niveau du bar pas idéale pour profiter. Petit déjeuner buffet correct qui pourrait être amélioré.
