Appartement très propre, vaste, bien situé dans un quartier agréable et tranquille. Par contre, équipements problématiques : 1. Evier de la salle de bain bouché (intervention effectuée). 2. Plomberie qui fait remonter l'eau dans les toilettes et la baignoire si on prend une bonne douche (il faut laisser couler l'eau lentement). 3. Routeur en panne (un autre a été pourvu très rapidement) et faible débit. 4. Un store bloqué, un autre de travers. 5. Chauffage parfois inopérant. 6. Frigo minuscule. 7. 2 lampes en panne. 8. Lit au sommier qui fait mal au dos. 9. Mobilier de balcon très usé.

Super séjour
Super moment en famille. Le canapé convertible est monté en 5 secondes et est très confortable. Très bon emplacement. On rejoint Lugano par le bord du lac à pied environ 7 min à pied qui est en face de l’immeuble. La route sépare l’immeuble du bord du lac. L’appartement comprend 2 balcons un petit cf photo et un immense dans la chambre à coucher avec une vue dégagée sur Lugano et le lac . Hâte d’y retourner 😉
