The house is as expected...clean, all gadgets that are needed from pegs to bottle openers. Tv has English channels and there are clear guidance notes all over the house.The instalation of the barrier to parking has been added since we last visited and is a good extra.We always hire a car as it gives a bit of freedom. The house is about a 30 min walk to the nearest beach and there are regular buses.The Pambis restaurant is just around the corner and does a great breakfast and dinner. And you can see the parrot!! Villa was clean, all functioned well, although air con struggled when it stated to get really hot! Great location and in my opinion one of Phapos’s best restaurants in Pambis Diner, just around the corner. Pool area always quiet and right at the foot of the patio area.
