« L’hôtel est bien placé, propre et les chambres sont grandes. Les petits bémols : - Il peut faire très froid à San Cristobal et il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre. - L'insonorisation n'est pas terrible (pas entre les chambres mais entre la chambre et le patio). - Le parking est très petit. Pour nous partir un matin, il a fallu réveiller quelques chambres pour leur faire bouger leurs voitures ... »

« Très bel hôtel, malheureusement (c'est probablement lié à ce type de maison ancienne) il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre dans laquelle nous étions et l'isolation phonique est très faible voir nulle (porte donnant sur la cour où se trouve restaurant et petit dej)... De plus mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, il y a à proximité un feu qui bip pour les malentendants, on l'entend toute la journée depuis les chambres... très énervant. Sinon le restaurant est excellent et le personnel très...

« This is a fabulous boutique. It is very very pink and beautiful. The rooms all have a unique design and layout and ours was great. The water is very hot in the shower and heat is provided as San Cristóbal de San be cold at night. The breakfast was fantastic and I liked that they have many options. The staff was great and gave us everything we needed. One thing I noticed was the Internet was a bit slow and had trouble connecting at times, but it could have been because of the weather. « Les chambres du bas n'ont pas de fenêtres qui donnent sur l'extérieur, seulement sur un patio intérieur. Le personnel de l'hôtel ne parle pas anglais, nous avons demandé une chambre avec une vrai fenetre, qui nous à était refusé, c'est seulement après avoir demandé d'annuler la réservation que la personne de l'accueil nous a trouvé une chambre avec une vrai fenêtre. Le reste des chambres est très sombre et étouffant. »
