"Easy - covers everything really. From check in to check out, communications with the owners and everything in the Villa. Fantastic place to stay, local beaches, bars and easy access to the main road to Chania and Heraklion.The worst thibg about the Villa? "Melting Villa was a fantastic place to stay! Location was perfect for being close to a lot of Cretes North sightseeing adventures and local beaches. The villa was clean and comfortable. George greeted us at the property and walked us through specifics of the house, Property management was readily available if we needed something. They even set us up with some food for the week including fresh fruit! Larissa, George, and Stavros made sure everything was perfect. The villa and the grounds are beautiful and it’s refreshing to walk down the path and jump in the sea! The kitchens had everything we could possibly need and it was nice to get a quick workout in at the well equipped home gym. Definitely a luxurious place to stay!"

"Villa was beautiful. Plenty of rooms to relax. Infinity pool was gorgeous. The host came to greet us and had brought gifts of food, very responsive to messages. He went out of his way to make you feel welcome. The villa is on top of a mountain and was very quiet. The small village not far from the villa had lots of culture. People were incredibly nice and friendly. Not close to grocery stores, and being from the US, took a little to get accustomed too. Enjoyed our stay overall. Would recommend this house if you want to relax and have a true Greece experience."
