Great place to stay.
Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) Not really a big deal though, just a little irritating.

This was such a beautiful new build. We loved parking in the garage since our snowboards were on our roof. It was so easy to put the baby to bed while hubby unloaded the car. We loved having the backyard for our dog buddie and the extra room for baby girl. The condition of the house and cleanliness were 5 stars and the bed was nice and comfy. Buddie loved the beanbag chair and hubby wanted to stay up all night playing the video games!

Weekend at Bryce Canyon
We enjoyed a great weekend with our friends in this beautiful home. We utilize the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinners. We travel to Bryce Canyon during the day and we’re grateful to come back to this home for the evenings. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, highly recommended this home.

Lovely home
This is a beautiful new home convenient for our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. This home is nicely appointed and clean as a whistle with no detail overlooked. It has a very well equiped kitchen with an outside gas grill we used to cook a steak one night. It was just my wife and I but this three bedroom home could easily accomodated six very comfortably. Panguitch is a cute little town with with a good selection of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. If you are visiting Bryce this home will not disappoint.

We stayed to see Black Canyon of the Gunnison and it was super convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to questions and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Panguitch convenient to national parks
This place is basic but nice. Not fancy in any way but has what you need. Could be a bit cleaner. We had to fold laundry when we got there. It is pet friendly which I guess is nice if you travel with pets but it does have a bit of pet smell in primary closet. Very close to Bryce Canyon.

House for Bryce Canyon National Park Visit
The house is very new and the pictures are spot on. Took about 30 minutes to get to Bryce Canyon National Park. Very quaint little town. The Backroads Bistro has great food and great service. Would not recommend Cowboys Smokehouse. Lance and Michelle were very responsive.

Great new house!
This house is exactly what we were looking for! It was in a quiet location in a residential area with sweeping views out the front across the valley. It is very new and comfortable with all the amenities we could have wanted during our hiking trip to Bryce Canyon and Grand Staircase. We really enjoyed the spacious kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and spacious bathrooms. If I were coming to the area again, I would stay here for sure and I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time in Panguitch. The property is very beautiful and it’s in a great location for getting to/from National Parks and rides. Three couples had plenty of space. The special touches like soaps, shampoo, spices, toweling, were especially appreciated. Grill was very clean too. Awesome place!

A true gem in Panguitch, great launch point to NPs
Loved our stay at Aspen Valley! We’ve been moving cross country and this is the first place since the west coast that was clean, modern, spacious, and just perfect for us to relax in. It’s new, modern, with a great kitchen, shower/soaking tub, and the comfiest big bed to catch up on sleep in. We loved having this launch point to visit all the local sites and would definitely stay again.

Perfect home for a family traveling to Bryce
Beautiful home. Well appointed and and in a convenient location for Red Canyon and Bryce. Owners were super friendly and easy to work with. Recommend grocery shopping before arriving in Panguitch. Not many options for food in town! Loved our stay!!

What a lovely home with a great layout
My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. We took a wrong turn along the way. Michelle and her husband were fantastic, putting us back on track. The home is as described in listing and close to several hiking areas. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

The host was amazing! 5 star stay. Beautiful house and the perfect location to see Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area.
