Food is very expensive along Alona beach, twice the going rate in Tagbilaran. Yes it is a tourist spot but the rate of almost everything doesn’t match the local’s cost of living where the daily wage is $7-8. Not sustainable in the long run.

The tour was great as you did not have to think about transportation. You just wake up and go! Definitely recommend doing the ATV as the tour guides there are amazing and will take great pictures for you!

Clean, quiet, relaxing. People and nature spread out and not so dense. Just beautiful!!!. We loved both Bohol and Panglao. The ferry ride across adds to the touch. We will be back.
