Not only do you have two king masters on the second level, the third-floor features “his and hers” bunk rooms as well as another queen bedroom. The whitewashed décor in the first level living area offers a serene setting for relaxing with friends, including an all-white kitchen with pearlescent backsplash. But given the prime location of The Upper Deck, your crowd will likely want to spend time outdoors exploring the nearby shops and dining of Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys beaches. The beach is just minutes away, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off little ones after a long beach day. The third-floor upper deck is the perfect way to welcome the day, sipping coffee on the iconic Adirondack chairs of Seacrest. You'll also appreciate the clever storage space throughout the home, including a large kitchen pantry, walk-in closets in many of the bedrooms and a linen closet on the third floor. Community Amenities Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. Proximity to the pool was a plus. But the pool being closed 2 days was frustrating for our 5 kids ages 2-9\. The tram is a nice service; but the beach access was much more limited than we expected <120 feet and jam-PACKED. We ended up loading the car and driving over to Inlet Beach to have enough room for the kids to play. Would have loved to have access to a grill nearby. My wife had unexpected surgery 2 weeks before our stay; so climbing 19 stairs to the bedroom with a walker was a challenge. But handicap accessibility was not part of our original plan. So no blame there. Thanks to a great staff at the pool, they managed well the crowded conditions and intense competition for poolside chairs. ##### MICHAEL B. The idea of a private beach and the shuttle service sounded great. Reality was not so good. There were long waits for the shuttle service standing in the hot sun with small kids. The very small private beach of Seacrest was way overcrowded. Too little beach for too many people. On top of that 75% of the beach was taken up with chair and umbrella vendors. If you didn't want to spring for hundreds of dollars for the beach set up you are out of luck. There was literally nowhere for our family to set up on the beach. We wound up having to drive to Inlet beach which was much better, but not what we had in mind with the "convenience" of the shuttle service to the private beach. ##### Dave C. It was well maintained and clean. The community is wonderfully laid out. The community staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing!! The littles (and young adults) loved it! However, I was glad that I read the other reviews as there are only 2 pillows on the queen and king beds and the others only had one per bed. I do recommend driving to the public beach if you have littles. The private beach did not have space for us to spread out as a large family. Also, an outdoor grill is listed, but there was not one when we arrived. ##### Angela M. We could not have had a better time. This house was perfect for us and our friends. The location is great, a short walk to the beach or you can take a tram as well. You can walk everywhere. The pool was super close as well. To top it all off the house was spotless when we arrived and communication was great before we even got to the beach. Our stay at The Upper Deck was quite comfortable and we would certainly re-book without hesitation. The Property Management was extremely helpful when I had questions or even when it came to checking in and/or out. And even though we stayed during the beginning rumblings of COVID-19, I will look forward to coming back to 30A to experience some of the shops, restaurants and beaches that were unexpectedly closed. Even with the closures, the trip was A+. It never hurts to slow down and spend time with those you love.
