Location Fabulous, Safe, dining options in abundance,facilities well maintained.
Breakfast optional but not recommended, toiletries not up to standards.
Definitely will return, this wasnt my first stay here.

My initial impression of the property is negative. The room itself is spacious and looks nice but I had to wipe the floor. There is no beach in front of the hotel as they show in their advertising. The pool area was littered with garbage and looks like an area that isn't used any more with no pool chairs. Dirtiest pool I have ever seen. Why is it called a beach house?

I liked that the property is on the outgoing side of the city for my travels going towards the Chitre' area in order that the traffic is in my favor of leaving in the morning.
I do not like the hustle of the interior of the city.

The hotel fit our purpose of needing to be close to the Marina to take the ferry to Contadora island early next morning. The room was clean and front desk staff helpful. Good location for all things that need to be done in Amador.

A very nice place to stay. The only problem we encountered that if you bring a friend they immediately jump to tell you that is $26 more, not matter that you have a double bed room. You can't invite not one over to stay if you were drink or because it is a little far from the center of the city and they don't want to drive late.
Fix your price and let the customer be, unless they happy a party with 6 people

Beautiful location, make sure to get a Sea View room. Literally next door to the ferry to Taboga... so convenient! Nice little pool area to cool off in the afternoon. Decent restaurant next door. Do NOT waste your money on breakfast!

Not the cleanest hotel, could use improvement. Breakfast is not included and is pretty low quality, could use improvement also. Charge a little more for better service would be an improvement.

Great place to stay while in Panama City - rooms have beautiful views of the marina, the restaurants are so close, paddle boarding an the beach are below and a good pool area! Not fancy but clean and spacious rooms! The FRank Ghery's Ecomuseum is down the road and you can ride bike, skateboard or walk down the causeway which is beautiful at night!!

Nice view from hotel. Area around was nice, with a weekend family vibe that was enjoyable. Room is spacious and nicely appointed. Front staff has low to mid English skills but were friendly as we did our best to communicate.

This is a great location in Panama City Panama. I've stayed twice. On this trip, they forgot to provide me the free breakfast option I selected. I'm waiting to see if I get double charged.

The hotel lobby and elevator and rooms are all very nice. However the pool area is very poor and totally NOT like pictured on their website. There are NO lounge chairs at all. There are 6 plastic chairs that are very dirty. Getting to the pool means walking through slime and broken stone like around the pool.

The Hotel would not honor reservation. I had to pay again at the hotel and Orbitz would not let me cancelthe reservation. I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card for credit.

After traveling overnight and finally checked in our hotel we received a call from the front desk telling us the wifi was not working. Mind you this is one of the amenities they offer. We stayed 4 nights and never had any wifi the entire stay. It is very annoying when you travel outside the country and the hotel cannot even provide what they advertised. We need to get in-touch with our families and loved ones and let them know we arrived ok. Every time we would go to the front desk they have a sign that they just put in your face about the wifi not working. Very bad service. Would never stay there and never recommend it to any friends of mine. Luckily my husband got a sim card for our unlock phone so we were able to keep in touch.

The first thing I wanted to say that I liked about the property were the customer review replies on Expedia the Mr. Stephen Martinez wrote. I like the way he correct people who try to talk negative about The Beach House. He is one of the main reasons why my wife and I selected to stay here for the first time.
I want to start off by saying that staying at your property was a great decision. When my wife and I arrived at your hotel, we were greeted by Lisa who works at the front desk. She was simply an amazing person. The check in was very professional and room 206 with the King Size bed and Bay view was priceless.
When my wife and I walked into our room, we were extremely happy and took a 6 minute video on our phone so we could post on social media to let all of our friends and family know about this great experience.
The swimming pool was nice and the water was crystal clear. The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and the food and drinks were great.
My wife and I have decided to make The Beach House our #1 hotel choice whenever we are in Panama City.
In closing, I also want to say thanks Maria at the front desk who was also very helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful and there is a nice view off the balcony of harbor. The area is walkable if you don't mind heat and humidity.

Front desk staff was outstanding ! Location is perfect on the causeway. $7 breakfast on site is very convenient. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeepers were sweet. Areas like staircases could use deep cleaning. Internet and cable did not work the entire time I was there - which isnt really a serious issue ! I love inroom coffee maker - most important of all amenities. Excellent property for the value !

Nice hotel in front of the harbour. The design in the room was a bit outdated but the overall atmosphere was good and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and took the ferry to the Taboga Island the next day.
