MASTER BEDROOM FACING THE GULF. This is one of the Deluxe One Bedroom Condos on the 20th floor, this 923 Square Foot Deluxe 1 master bedroom king size bed and a separate private Bunk Room, Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full Baths, washer/dryer, full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, Private (30 foot) Balcony overlooking Gulf can be accessed from the Master Bedroom or Living room. Most one bedroom units don't have the Bedroom facing the Gulf. Bunk bed with a full mattress and a twin mattress. Living room has a sofa bed (queen size) and seats. This unit sleeps 5 comfortable. Unobstructed Gulf-front view from the living room and master bedroom, as well as a 30 foot covered balcony. I have tastefully decorated my unit. Two 52” flat screen televisions and fully equipped kitchen.

Walk to Pier Park less than 1/2 mile. Superior housekeeping (more time; personally managed; only one unit)
Quickest, easiest check-in/out: Direct to unit check-in

Management has strict policies that uphold the upscale and relaxing nature of the resort, including no rentals to anyone under the age of 25.

It is located in the newly developed western end of Panama City Beach and is very conveniently located, including being within walking distance of the Pier Park mega shopping/entertainment complex. Tidewater will charge $35.00 registration fee to cover parking and all the amenities of the resort. This is a one time charge for the whole group. Register with the resort 24 hrs. prior to arrival $20 extra otherwise. Credit card fee of 3% will be add it to the reservation.

Driver License will be requested.

The building has cameras and outside the unit too for your protection.
The new NORTHWEST FLORIDA-PANAMA CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ECP) is 15 minutes from the building.

Our condo is furnished as second home, including premium furnishings and full kitchen appliances and cookware. We are right for couples and small families desiring a comfortable extended getaway. Our condo and the on-site amenities are simply more than a hotel room.

Property description was accurate. However the amenities in the unit are bare minimum. No salt/ Pepper, no beach towels, no pot holders, no Keurig, one towel per person, no dishwasher pods, no dish clothes. The property itself had security guards everywhere, on the beach. At the pool and in the elevator. There was a dehumidifier running in the unit all the time which we thought was strange. We all came home with sore throats and not feeling well, make your own assumptions. Also after I paid the full amount, the owner called my cell phone and said we owed 50 more. Won’t stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

Franka, the owner, communicated very well. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Place was family friendly with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the area; several locations in walking distance. Our 5 yo loved the bunk bed and the master bed was super comfortable. Lots of storage. The condo had everything we needed: cooking utensils, plenty of towels, plates/glasses, beach toys/chairs, great shower pressure. Perfect vacay! Thank you! Next time we will check to see if this condo is available first!

It was just okay. The room was clean, the bed not very comfortable. They need new pillows and more than one. (The other one is a decorative one and I would dare lay my head on that because I don’t think they are cleaned in between guests). The condo could use some TLC, it was clean but none of the furniture was very comfy and the rugs could use updating as well. The plus was the shower had great water pressure. The elevators are a nightmare. I know it was one of the busiest weeks, but something needs to be done about having to wait 45 min for an elevator during busy times. It’s just awful. No air on them and they are PACKED. You can’t breathe. Also, bring your own beach chairs because one of them is to tall, and they make you “bury” it because it’s to tall apparently.

Exactly as described and pictured

We loved our stay. Condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Franka was great to work with calling before our trip and messaged during to ensure things were going good. Great location. Elevators do get busy but we were mentally prepared and it didn’t affect our stay. My only suggestion would be a few more hooks in both bathrooms but other than that the condo was great. We were all sad to leave and would stay again! Thanks for sharing your place!

Wonderful!

Thank you for opening up your condo to us and allowing us such a wonderful place to stay! There was truly no better way to start our mornings & end the nights than by sitting on the balcony. The views were breathtaking! We loved watching the manta rays, sting rays, dolphins, fish and (eight!!!!) different sharks pass through. The condo itself was very clean and felt like home away from home. Although we had a few bad weather days, the resort and surrounding area offered plenty to do when we couldn’t go to the beach. We had no issues with parking or elevator wait times. The security throughout the resort was very appreciated. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress in the bedroom, the mattress is very hard and lumpy. Overall we really loved our stay here and we would love to stay again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation ❤️
