Nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach right on 30A, and immediately across from the private beach access (only a two-minute walk to the sand – never wait for the tram again!) with the large Seacrest lagoon pool only steps away.

This spacious 4 bedroom / 4 bath home has tons of natural sunlight and is professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design. Enjoy wonderful gulf ocean views from the large, open third floor deck with comfortable outdoor seating and wet bar. Watch the sunrise with coffee in bed from the third floor master bedroom – then spend happy hour(s) on the top floor deck sipping cocktails and enjoying the sunset after a day at the beach.

The home sleeps 10 in beds with three king bedrooms (two with additional daybeds) and one queen bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private outdoor deck or patio, and the home includes full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, wood floors, flat-screen smart TVs in every room, hi-speed wireless internet, large third story deck with ocean views, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for three cars and an open floor plan for entertaining and family time.

Four free bikes included for our guests to enjoy and explore as there is so much to do besides the amazing white sand beach and resort-style lagoon pool. The home is just a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and amenities (splash pad, playgrounds and more) at Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. The location was convenient to everything we wanted - great shops and restaurants. Loved the crepe shop and the candy shop. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. Little chilly but it was December. Considering a trip back when it is warmer. :-)Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

This is a lovely house and in a perfect location. It is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The pool is gorgeous and beach access super close and easy. It is a perfect spot to bring teenagers and have family time. Will definitely visit again!!!

The stay was perfect for my elderly parents, this was their first trip to Florida and definitely will not be their last! The house is conveniently located so it made it easy for them to walk and get breakfast and lunches, they loved how easy it was to get to the beach access. This home and location was perfect! Perfect Location for Family Vacation

We spent the week for my father’s 80th birthday. Each room has their own bathroom which made it comfortable for each guest. The home is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen equipment for us to even cook a thanksgiving meal. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Perfect Pet Friendly

This home did not disappoint for a pet friendly rental. It was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Great location to go for walks along 30A and easy beach access. Rooftop was a nice feature too! My only complaint was bikes could be updated, and wooden floors were noisy. Would recommend to anyone with kids or pets!!

Wonderful place to stay

Everything from location to cleanliness to neighborhood and beauty of the house is perfect. Beach, shopping, pool and restaurants all within walking distant. Starbucks on the corner is a major plus as well. The only thing I would say is they need to update their mattresses or put a mattress pad on the current beds. Other than that this is an A+ house!!

We had a great week here. Quick walk to beach and pool which we loved. It is a busy corner with a lot of people walking by so can be a little noisy. Kitchen is nicely equipped but could use a larger skillet and baking dish. Loved being able to walk to Alys and Rosemary for shops and restaurants.

We loved this house with its large bedrooms with private bathrooms and decks. The house is supplied with everything a family might need including four bikes. The house’s location right on 30a gave us direct access to the walking paths which was perfect with our dogs. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you, Ryan.

What a wonderful place to stay! The communication with the owners was excellent. The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and deck. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the 4 bikes. The amenities in the community were great! Gigantic pool and a tram that took you to the pool, beach and shops. Property was walking distance to the pool and beach but the tram was a nice option. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to hopefully coming back soon. This home has a five star location and property manager. Plenty of room for two couples plus my daughter’s family of 4. We loved being just around the corner from the pool or a straight shot to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas made things so easy! Enjoyed the clean spacious King(3) bedrooms and Queen-all with en-suite bathrooms.Great A/C. Kitchen had ample utensils and serveware. Had groceries delivered and loved our family time. Kitchen cabinets prob need a touch up.We did not share w manager but guessing it’s on their list.House stays very busy w all their amenities. Loved our time together! Thanks Ryan.

Perfect location, awesome balconies, superb owner communications, nice touches

We loved this property. It is right on 30A, has a view of the ocean (from the rooftop balcony), and is close to the subdivision entrance. VERY convenient to walk to the beach, walk to Rosemary Beach downtown, pretty much anything. The four bikes- huge plus and again, so convenient. Also- the beach chairs and umbrellas were such a wonderful touch. The owners have considered the guest experience and have made an excellent effort to ensure the stay is hassle-free. We appreciated the small touches like having a Keurig and a small fridge next to the rooftop balcony (and small blankets). We used the grill, too, though it is in rough shape and probably needs to be replaced soon (lots of rust). The only disappointment was that the interior was a bit tired and worn and needed either some touch-ups (paint, cabinets, handrails) or replacements (carpets). Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was a week our family will always remember with fondness.

Plenty of room

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs. Initially we planned on inviting our folks but they were unable to come down. So, it was a little big for just the four of us. We have stayed in this location before so we were familiar with how close everything is. Almost every day I ran and got coffee afterward. Starbucks is less than a block away for all those coffee lovers! Beach is not far of a walk either and for those concerned with safety, there’s a guard on staff at all times. We had issues after a day or so with the 2nd floor air conditioning but it was fixed within 8 hours of letting the owner know. Everything we needed was there..coffee filters, sugar, tide pods, bikes, you name it they had it. We look forward to staying again!

Great house and location

We just recently stayed at this property. It's perfect for a large group and it's dog friendly. The location is perfect. Nothing is far. We took up the whole house and never felt crowded. The beach chairs and umbrellas were easy to access and we could set up on the beach without having to rent chairs each day. We also took advantage of the bikes available at the house. My only complaint is the third floor bedroom is extremely bright around 6:30am, just after the sun comes up. We tried covering the windows with extra sheets but it it was still very bright. If you're a late sleeper, you may want to bring a sleeping mask or something to cover your eyes in the morning. We would definitely rent again. I contacted the owner after we left about the third floor bedroom to let them know.

Wonderful family-friendly fall trip!

We loved our stay at Ryan and Ashley’s place during our kid’s break from school. 30A is definitely sleepier in November than our last visit in April, but we benefited from the pool to ourselves, plenty of space on the beach, and no waits at restaurants and cafes. We flew in from NJ, so the low 80’s highs felt wonderful and the pool (low 70’s) and ocean (mid 70’s) were still warm enough to enjoy! Ryan and Ashley’s place is indeed ideally located a short walk to either the pool or beach. The property had everything for a beach day including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and a boogie board. We used the bikes everyday for easy rides to Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. We also rented bikes and a trailer for the kids close by at Peddler’s Pavilion. The house had all the amenities we wanted for our four young kids with plenty of space and privacy for adults as well. The pack ‘n play was in good condition and suited our youngest (2yo). The 3rd floor Lanai was our favorite for enjoying the sunsets and mixing cocktails at the adjacent wet bar. The beds were big and comfortable and we woke up refreshed for the next day. We could go on and on! Book this place for your next 30A trip, you won’t regret it!

Convenient location, needs TLC

Stayed a few nights at this property, and unfortunately wasn’t the stay we’d hoped. PROs: Ryan was very communicative before booking and during our stay, & responded to some general cleaning concerns we had. Location is great, right between downtown Rosemary & Alys, with beach access and pool. CONs: The property was not clean & felt uncomfortable to sit on couches, beds, walk around without shoes. Stains, food on floor & counters, hair in the beds. Apparently a family before us left things in poor shape, but it was clear the cleaning crew didn’t put the time needed into it to fully clean before we arrived and we had to ask for another cleaning to be done while we were there so that took away from out time spent at the beach. The interior could use updates with paint, carpets, etc as it’s seen better days. Hopefully with some TLC and cleaning changes this unit will see some improvement!

Spring Break 2024

First off, I don’t usually give reviews. But when looking into renting a house, and not rented in this area before, relied heavily on previous experiences by renter. Ryan was communicative & very responsive. The pictures are a true representation of this beautiful property. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spotless, comfortable/relaxing vibe & plenty of space to spread out with my teenagers. And the rooftop master suite was a parents dream for a peaceful sunrise coffee and/or sunset vino! The property is on the corner/end of the road, so there was the average noise people mentioned on there. What I feel was forgotten to be mentioned, was this was not intrusive by any means. And MORE SO, made getting in/out of the neighborhood, onto the busy main road, so so easy!!! I see as a huge plus! The only thing I would mention is although there are a nice set of bikes, the chains were rusted from staying outside. I wound up renting bikes for the kids because I didn’t want the chains to give them any issues. I would definitely rent in the future & hope to go back sooner than later!! It’s a gorgeous home!
