This unique and beautiful beach-front condo is fully upgraded and ready for your arrival! In addition it includes FREE Beach Chairs, consisting of 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella, setup for each day of your stay (Seasonally from March 1st to October 31st). The interior features upscale, comfortable, coastal chic furnishings and decor throughout. The large kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful, thick, custom granite counter tops and wood cabinets. The spacious dining area is designed to seat everyone (6 at the table or 3 bar stools). This open concept floor plan allows an effortless flow from the dining area to the living room; all while maintaining a mesmerizing view of the beautiful Emerald coast! The living room features an upgraded ceiling fan, comfy pull out couch, two plush rocking and reclining chairs, plenty of throw pillows, extra throw blankets to cozy up with and a huge flat screen TV! The spacious and luxurious master suite does not disappoint with a continued tantalizing view of the seemingly endless blue-green coastal waters and offers direct balcony access to watch the sun set or rise without ever getting out of the comfort of the king size bed. There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings, whether it be the large dresser or inside the folding french-door closet… There’s more than enough designated storage space to stay organized so you can focus on relaxing during your vacation! The master suite features a flat screen TV and ensuite private bathroom. Both bathrooms, private and guest, in this unit are upgraded with thick, custom granite countertops. Prefer a walk in shower? If I had a complaint, it would only be loading and unloading the car from the assigned parking space. If you do stay here, I would suggest loading and unloading in the garage before finding your parking space. We come to PCB several times a year and I have to say not only is renting from Gretas the best, this condo 1605 is truly the best! This condo is has the most items to make your stay feel like you have everything and more. Love that you keep so many of the items you need to enjoy the beach. This is a great savings so you won’t have to buy play items and chairs, umbrellas, etc. at the stores. Not to mention how beautiful your unit is decorated. It’s very relaxing condo with the perfect beautiful view of the Gulf. Our family will definitely stay in your unit again soon. Reviewer Comments: We love all of the units we’ve stayed in with Greta’s Beach Rentals—and while this unit was nice, there were a few updates that could be made to make this unit more enjoyable: smart TV’s in ALL rooms, updated pots and pans (these were pretty terrible), actual blackout curtains in the master, and a good scrubbing of the head rest area of the two rocking recliners in the living room (pretty dingy looking). This was not our original pick for units—we were moved before our stay due to an issue with our planned unit. We love booking with Greta’s and appreciate their customer service, but I do think the owners of this unit could provide some small upgrades to make this unit perfection. As always, beach was beautiful, elevators were fast, and balcony was wonderful. We would be willing to stay in this unit again in the future if these updates are noted. This end of PCB is much quieter and far less traffic. The elevators were all working and we rarely waited. Parking is a bit tight so be prepared for that. The condo was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Washer/dryer worked well. Even had some extra chairs, toys, and an umbrella for the beach. A couple minor maintenance issues were found but communication was great and they did not impact our stay at all. You won't regret choosing to stay here. ##### Marc A.
