Welcome to Beachview Cottage & Carriage House, a stunning retreat just off the Gulf, offering breathtaking Gulf views from all floors. This exquisite property seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living with its charming porches, courtyard spaces, and a thoughtfully designed floor plan perfect for family gatherings.  
First Floor: Enter through the soaring foyer that leads to four guest bedrooms:  
• Guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with two separate single vanities, and a walk-in shower  
• 2nd guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower  
• Guest bedroom with two twin beds – would use the shared bathroom with the bunk room featuring a double vanity and large walk-in shower  
• Bunk room featuring a twin over full – would use the shared bathroom with the twin room featuring a double vanity and large walk-in shower  
Second Floor: The main living space opens up on the second floor, complete with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool area, providing marvelous views of the Gulf. The master bedroom on this floor boasts a king bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Additionally, there's a convenient half bath and a staircase leading to the third-floor crows nest, which offers panoramic Gulf views.  
Outdoor Living: Step outside to find a pergola overlooking the stunning private pool, a porch extending the length of the home wrapping around along the boardwalk, an outdoor grill, and plenty of entertainment space for the entire family to gather.  
Carriage House: The carriage house features:  
• A private king bedroom and a loft with a full-size bed.  
• A first-floor living space and a shared bathroom.  
• A wrap-around balcony with views of the courtyard and glimpses of the Gulf.
