The kitchen has been tastefully updated with new cabinets and appliances. Our townhome is located only a short walk to the private Sunnyside Beach, on the West end of Panama City Beach. This home features three bedrooms upstairs, with the Master having its own ensuite, and the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as a half bath on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a single set of twin bunks, great for kids! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great week at the beach! Newer appliances and a washer and dryer located on the upper level. Small porch area with a gas grill located in the rear. Rear storage unit has a couple of beach chairs and a beach cart to get everything to the beach. Located in a small, 3 townhome complex, on a quiet street. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the front door. Pet Friendly with prior approval. Master bedroom features a large closet, a full bathroom, and a King size bed. The first Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Fold out couch with memory foam mattress located in the Livingroom. Livingroom and master bedroom both have 55 inch Roku Smart Tv's, with high speed wifi. We dont offer a cable package, but have all the apps available for you on the TV's. The great thing about the location is you have no elevators, easy parking right out front(two cars MAX), and just a short walk to the beach. No large crowds to deal with, or long lines in crowded lobby's. We are only a 3 minute drive to Win Dixie, Publix or the always great Carousel Grocery store. Minutes away from everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Couple of Questions we normally get: Golf Cart - You have exclusive use of a golf cart just for this unit. Key is in the unit. Golf cart is only for driving to the beach and back. Each unit has its own personal golf cart. Beach access is shown in photos, at the end of the street we are on, with plenty of space to park the golf cart. The pool is shared by only two other units in this complex. We don't have additional parking unfortunately. Just two spots, and cant accommodate additional cars. The listings for the other two townhomes are: 1995400 and 2202637\. Rent all three and have a private complex. We love the Sunnyside area and own six vacation rentals in Sunnyside. They are VRBO listings 513866, 1038709, 1995400 and 2202637. If you have a larger group, you can also rent all three of the townhomes, and then you will have a private pool. This listing if for Unit A, and the other two units (B and C) are vrbo 1995400, and 2202637. As a large multi family group, the 3 townhomes were perfect for us! The walk to the beach was easy and short, but the golf carts made the gear haul so much easier! Beds were very comfortable, pillows were good quality and everyone slept great! A few restaurants close by, but we had food delivered several times with no issue. At first it took the grandparents a little getting used to having to go upstairs to their room (they live in a single level ranch) but the house was great. I really loved a nice quiet area and the private beach has totally spoiled me! The only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was the linens left in the washer as well as the dryer, but the owner was willing to send someone to get them out of the way. The property isn’t directly on the beach, but having access to a golf cart all week was magical! The people that stayed in the other units were very nice and the kids all enjoyed some pool time together. Overall it was a great vacation. The golf cart was a great addition making it very easy to get to and from the beach. The owner, Amanda, was very accommodating and quick to respond. May 21, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Sparkling clean with THE BEST mattresses! We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside unit A. It was so fresh and clean. We appreciated how well stocked the home was. There was hand soap, soap, shampoo and conditioner packs. There was also laundry detergent, dish soap, toliet paper and paper towels. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. Check in and out was smooth and easy and communication with Amanda was easily available. The best part for me was the mattresses. We have had bad luck in the past with worn out mattresses in vacation rentals. So I was very pleasantly surprised that this was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! I now want one for home :) A couple recommendations for a more comfortable stay would be curtains for the bedrooms. It gets very light about 5:30am so it was hard to sleep in at all. Also, mirrors in the bedrooms would be handy for getting ready while others are showering. Lastly, some footstools for the sofas and a couple more clocks would be very useful. The heated pool was awesome, and our son really enjoyed going for golf cart rides around the neighborhood.
