### CORNER UNIT WITH AMAZING VIEWS AND FREE BEACH SERVICE!

Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1411!  
  
We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1411 because it is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a three bedroom three bath beach residence that sleeps up to 8 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. The oversized balcony is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus the perfect spot for morning coffee. Since we spend time here ourselves, we wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach for us and our guests. We’ve even included free beach service from March through October! We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:  
  
Starting 8/18 until mid October 2025, the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, elevator modernization (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026, and during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage, which will have some noise and some partial closing of the garage area.  
Balconies will be closed in the 07-11 stacks from 9/9-9/18 during weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Guests will not have access to the balcony during these hours.  
The East pool will be closed 10/13-10/31 West pool will be open for guests to use during this time.  
  
Here are some more interesting features of our beach residence:

\-Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town  
\-Over 1500 Square Feet of Living Space on the 14th floor  
\-Large 200+ Square Feet of Balcony  
\-The Living room comfortably seats 6 with a 60” Flat Screen TV  
\-Dining Area seats 4 around a beautiful dining table. There’s also seating for 4 at the kitchen counter  
\-Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker  
\-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 55” FLAT SCREEN TV and a gulf view with balcony access  
\-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower  
\-2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV  
\-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower  
\-The 3rd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV

\-There’s wireless internet access throughout the unit  
\-There is a full-size washer & dryer in a separate laundry room conveniently located in the unit  
  
Sunrise Beach 1411 offers a quieter location that is still close to all the attractions Panama City Beach offers. Moes’s BBQ is right across the street and favorite restaurants Hang Five, Runaway Island and Sharky’s are practically next door.
