Coastal Loft has a calming simplicity all on one level with tons of space. This beautiful loft is situated on the 2nd floor above retail space in the heart of Rosemary Beach®.

Enjoy the West facing deck overlooking N. Barrett Square. The Adirondack chairs are a great place to people watch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and relax in the warm Florida air.

The living room is perfect for spreading out and enjoying family time. Watch your favorite network or streaming service on the Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter space for meal prep, additional seating at the breakfast bar and a dining room table that seats 6.

If you like to eat out, stroll over to one of the many restaurants or cafes in the Rosemary Beach® community. To explore even more take one of the two complimentary adult bicycles.

The master bedroom has a comfy King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV and shares a full bath.

Great sverything

Amazing stay. Three nights. Heart of it all. So convenient. Street parking available as well as one reserved spot. One king and one queen bed. Had 4 adults. Perfect size with balcony for hanging and large living space. Will reserve again!

This is our second stay at Coastal Loft. Love the location and security of building. It is much appreciated and convenient to have the complimentary carts to help get luggage or groceries to your condo. We had a small glitch in that the dishwasher wouldn’t shut so we had no use of this during our 5 night stay. The management company sent more dish soap and a sponge for us to handwash the dishes. They even offered to send someone to wash them. I was not able to contact the host via VRBO for some reason. Had a few questions before our arrival. Tip: Bring your own beach towels!

Simply Lovely

We had such a wonderful time! The property is so clean and beautiful! There’s a ton of white furniture but we were careful and when she was asleep, I loved the candles and beautiful space! The balcony is fun and the shops are close. The gorgeous beach is just a short walk down the main area too. I left my heart at this wonderful condo and Rosemary Beach too. Thank you for such a pretty place to stay ❤️

Great Condo!

Our family of 4 just had the nicest stay at the Coastal Loft! It was very clean, spacious, had comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was outfitted with ample cookware and entertaining pieces. Not to mention a wonderful location! Would definitely book again!

Rosemary Beach Costal Loft

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was actually better than expected. It was very well appointed and in a great location just North of 30 A but close to cafes and shops.
