The crab shack was a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. This was a home away from home and I would recommend it for families or even a couple’s getaway.The host was very responsive and even let us add another day onto our trip. The only issue we had was my husband was expecting to be able to do some fishing in the ponds on the property but it’s not allowed. The ponds are small and just for viewing the turtles and beautiful coy fish. The beach was beautiful and we really loved being so close to so much family fun entertainment. The property has many fun activities for children and is very pet friendly.

Excellent property

Wendy was so responsive to me from the date of booking until the time we checked out. We had a group of 6 and we all fit very comfortably. The walk to the beach was short and the view was beautiful. We usually stay on the West end of PCB closer to Pier Park but this location is much quieter which was refreshing. The kitchen was also bigger than other locations I have stayed in which was very nice. Our family would definitely stay again. Thank you Wendy for being so helpful and honest.

Small Condo

This Condo was really nice. Easy access to beach, pool and tennis courts. Really nice view of turtle pond. You can see many turtles while eating breakfast on the balcony. Sooooo cool !!! The only problems were dog hairs all over the floor, especially on that rug on the living room. It was not vacuumed enough to get rid of all the dog hairs. We did not have dogs at all. We do not own any dogs so we weren’t used to seeing so many dog hairs on that rug and some on sofa. I know this Condo complex is dog friendly and we respect that. I think you will need to get a new rug for that living room. Or get a stronger vacuum to get rid of dog hairs. Also the kitchen was really really small. We had to cook dinners and it was really difficult. Otherwise it was a great Condo. Thank you.

Beautiful View!

Very nice condo! Clean and comfortable. Near lots of stuff to do, see, and eat. And the beach is so very close! Please just add a blind on the master bedroom window, then it will be perfect. Also a full size mirror would be cool. We would definitely stay again!Thank you Moyers!

Great Condo and Complex

Beautiful grounds and great unit. Nice view of pond and ocean. Very clean. Owner was helpful with easy check-in and check-out. Walked to four bars/restaurants and a short drive to others. Best of all… DOG FRIENDLY! He preferred the view from the 3rd floor balcony as he was “safe” from the turtles and huge goldfishes swimming in the pond.

A Perfect Stay

My family loved the "Crab Shack." The condo was super cute, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. Walking to the beach took no more than three minutes. We chose to rent the beach chairs. They were set up for us daily, which was very nice and easy. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Good time at the Crab Shack

Nice location had a decent view of the golf nice pool area had a great time one thing that I would suggest doing is turning your lounge area into a tiki bar people love convenience of having a tiki bar and food and the homeowners there would make a fortune it’s a bit much to pay an extra $25 for parking permit. That needs to be included in the price of the condo.

Very clean, and convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay! Wendy was very responsive to messages, which made the trip easy. The property was very clean, and in a peaceful, gated community. It’s close to everything - few mins drive to grocery store, and to several restaurants if you like to eat out. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. We added the beach service, which got us an umbrella and 2 chairs for a great deal for the whole stay. And of course, the best thing was being about a 2-min walk from the front door to the sand!

Noise level

Things were good until Wednesday when the noise level next door grew, they credited 100.00 to our card and said have dinner on them and they had reached out to management company and they had spoken to then and ask contractor to hold it down.. By the next day they were jack hammering removing tile. Was unbearable. She moved us to a unit down the beach. Keep in mind we were in 2 bedroom and was moved to an efficiency. very very limited beach view, heat didn't work was 66 in room. She said husband checked on line and was working, so 2nd time I checked it said it was heating. Problem was it said that the whole time it was 66 in room and never got any warmer until weather improved. We should have gotten a larger discount than 100.00 dinner. Wouldn't rent from them again. Was told was off season and people did repairs this time of year. Beware of renting from anyone this time of year.

Such a cute condo and awesome property. Sugar Beach is a great resort and the condo itself is wonderful! Wendy is so easy to communicate with and answers all of your questions immediately. We will be staying here again.

Everything was so cozy and clean!The pool was amazing and can't beat that private parking or beach entrance! Had a question and called the owner who is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves!

The wonderful Crab Shack

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Our pups had the best week and made lots of friends. We loved seeing the fish in the pond each day and enjoyed watching the turtles bask! The condo was very nice, and the owner, Wendy was a true pleasure to work with. Very nice. Highly recommend!
