Newer home built in 2016, in Carillon Beach resort, steps from beautiful and serene white sand beach! Carillon Beach offers private beach access, 3 swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, and much more! Carillon's Market Street provides retail, eateries, and galleries in a relaxed, open-air atmosphere. Kayaking and paddle boating are available at the resort's picturesque lake, as well as a Health and Fitness Center to enjoy! This newer home boasts three bedrooms and sleeps ten guests. The master suite has a king sized bed, private screened porch with ceiling fan, and a beautiful bathroom complete with soaking tub, separate shower, and vanity with two sinks. A second bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath with tub. The third bedroom has a full and two twin beds, and connects to the hall bath with walk in shower. All bedrooms have televisions with cable and the home has wi-fi throughout. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table and/or granite kitchen bar with barstools. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked to prepare and serve your vacation meals. The side entry porch off the kitchen is conveniently located next to the outdoor shower area. The living room area has a queen sized sleeper sofa, along with additional seating, entertainment center, television, and plenty of books, games, and dvds for your enjoyment. The 6 of us (4 kids) really loved the house and amenities. The property was clean, check-in was a breeze, and the owners were friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes and cookware that we needed. It really was the perfect house for us to relax in and enjoy our time in this wonderful little community. The walk to the beach was super short and it didn't take any time at all to get over to the village, park, courts, or pools either. It's a great location!
