FREE BEACH SERVICE! Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1704! We purchased this beautiful Panama City Beach condo vacation rental in 2016 so we could have a vacation home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1704 because it offers a very spacious 1249 square foot living space, it is directly on the beach and has incredible views of the Gulf and beach. It offers three bedrooms, two full baths and sleeps up to 9 comfortably. The master bedroom has an en suite full bath, king bed and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the bunkroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The second full bath is off the hallway. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and has direct access to the balcony. From our spacious 200 square foot balcony, you can enjoy some of the world’s most spectacular views of the Emarald Gulf’s turquoise water, sugar white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets. You will also see marine life such as dolphins, stingrays, and sea turtles swimming around. Bring your binoculars for an even better look. We’ve also included a free set of beach chairs and an umbrella from March through October. Since purchasing our condo, we’ve made many upgrades such as all new furniture, appliances, HVAC with Dehumidifier and Air Purifier, hot water heater, luxury vinyl planking, cabinets & fixtures, lighting, flat screen Cable/Roku TV’s, painted the entire condo and added colorful paintings and wall art. We hope that you enjoy the comforts of our condo, the beach, and amenities as much as we do! Here are some more features of our beach residence: \*Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence when you arrive. \*Parking garage under the building for close and easy access to the unit. \* Free Beach Service from March through October. \* 1249 square feet of living space with a large 200 square foot balcony on the 17th floor. This is the perfect height between the 5th floor pool deck and the 25th floor, to view marine life in the Gulf and beach activity \*Living Room has a flat screen TV with Cable & Roku, queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, swivel chair and a Gulf view and balcony access. \*Dining Room area seats 9 with 6 chairs around the dining table and 3 stools at the breakfast bar. \*Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. \*Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket. \*Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with Cable & Roku and a Gulf view and balcony access. En suite Master Bath has a combination tub/shower, vanity with two sinks and hotel style wall hair dryer. \* Second bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV with Cable & Roku. \*Bunkroom has a twin over full bunkbed and flat screen TV with Cable & Roku. \*Second Bath has a combination tub/shower, vanity with one sink and hotel style wall hair dryer. \*WIFI access throughout the unit and condominium complex. Amenities at Sunrise Beach: \*The fitness center is located on the 5th floor and offers treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, various stationary weight machines and free weights/dumbbells. \*The pool deck is also located on the 5th floor and has two pools with one heated, two hot tubs and a kids mushroom where they can dance under the water. \*The parking garage is located on floors P1 through P4 under the building. P1 is beach access and P2 is street level access. \*Two gas grills and picnic tables are located on P1 at the beach access entrance. Please note: Resort charges 50.00 per vehicle registration fee. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We were told they would not be working on our balcony during our stay, grateful they called and moved us. Only to find out that they were in fact working on/near our balcony. We were told we could not be on the balcony from 9-5pm. This was very disappointing. One pool was completely closed (not that big of a deal) due to repairs. The staff at the sunrise beach condo were extremely rude. So much so that I will not go back. Spoke to several OWNERS there and they were selling due to the same reason. Was told 15 units were for sale because the staff including beach staff were rude. Was then told 2 days before we left that one of our bathrooms was leaking to unit below and we could no longer use that bathroom. That meant that 3 boys had to use my bathroom. Love PCB but will not return to Sunrise Beach. Should have been offered discount for services i was not able to use but that I paid for. ##### Lee Ann C. This condo had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The beds were very soft. My friend wanted to take hers home lol. The condo is right on the beach and near enough to restaurant and stores that you can walk. If I had one complaint it would be that there is no air conditioning in the elevator and they are very busy but that is a small complaint and not a deal breaker at all. Great view from balcony. Glad the parking deck was under building it made it easy. The pool nice and not crowded. Great view of beach from pool. Really enjoyed stay. We had 3 teens and 1 preteen and 3 adults and everyone had plenty of room and was comfortable. The only problem with the property we encountered was the elevators. We stayed in Condo 1704 and hope to reserve it for next year.. You have everything you need to cook, it has a washer and dryer, a huge master bedroom with a huge bathroom and huge bathtub. It has two other bedrooms and another bathroom. We had 7 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room! The balcony is perfect and has beautiful furniture on it! Access to the beach was simple and the condo comes with 2 lounge chairs that are reserved for your entire stay! The cleanliness of the property was ok. We inspected the beds and bathroom and sprayed lysol. We noticed a brown spot on boxstring sheet and called to report. I called twice and did not receive a call back. So we took the extra sheet and put it under the mattress. Also we were there from Thursday to Sunday with one roll of tissue in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. ##### Bridget W. They were doing fire safety for two full days. It was quite annoying. Loved the amenities, such as washer and dryer and extra blankets. Workout facilities were great. Very nice clean and relaxing place. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue is floor will turn your feet black so we all wore flip flops whole time inside the condo so no worries of that. Balcony views was amazing and easily see the sunset which was nice… Only issue is getting the free beach lounger on the front row was tough as their all booked up by paying guests. But we was able to get on front row on the last day but everyone with own beach charis and umbrellas set up right in front of all the beach loungers so it made it hard for kids to play in sand right in front where we was placed cause to many personal beach chairs and umbrellas in the way. But overall it was a great experience and will definitely return back to 1704 in the near future. Thanks for allowing us to stay. ##### Terry L.
