From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The balcony is stunning! However, the washing machine is moldy, and dust was built up along the baseboards and kitchen. The cleaning service should do a much better job. The parking is incredibly tight, so no big vehicles. We had to park two streets over and pay $60 for the week. They do have extra parking in the open, but it was always packed, and they only have two elevators which wasn’t a huge problem but would’ve made life easier if there were more. ##### Sarah F. This property was awesome! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view. All appliances worked well. Beds/pillows comfortable and we loved the thick towels. 4 bathrooms was awesome to have with all adults in the condo. I would use again and recommend to all! (Just some words for those visiting soon - no 9x12 baking pan, so you might want to pick up disposable, only one roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags. We left extra of both). We reserved our stay months ahead of time, so we were able to get it for a cheaper rate, so we feel it was fair enough. However, if we had paid what it is renting for now, we would be very displeased. These are the things worth considering, in our opinion: 1\. The jet tub in the master suite, which was one of the selling features for us, did not work. Just looking at it, you could tell that it likely didn't work, but we still tried. 2\. Overall the place was clean enough, but it was obvious it doesn't get a deep cleaning. For example, gritty floors, dusty baseboards and lightswitch covers, an Odor to blankets, etc. Not a huge deal, but considering the cleaning fee, it left something to be desired. 3\. The parking deck is extremely tight. Extremely. 4\. The elevator is slow, and one of the two was out of service multiple times during our week stay. 5\. The view isa very good and the price is good with muliple people to chip in. Just pay extra to park across the steet in a parking lot because some vehicles may bottom out in the parking garage unless you have an suv or higher, but we found out not to let that stop you from booking this place. The only downside was the parking and the elevator. When the elevator was working, it was fine, but the first part of our stay was rough while it was down. Parking was tight but manageable. Plenty of room and love the beach front access. The balcony was very spacious and accommodated 2 full masters with their own access. The only issue we experienced was the last full day the elevators quit working due to a rain storm. Our checkout day was a bit difficult moving all our luggage and beach items down 19 flights of stairs. This was completely out of the owner’s control though and Gregg was in communication relaying any information from the condo association. ##### Paul M.
