Located on the 4th floor of the brand new La Cuadra, this beautiful condo features amazing attic-style high ceilings that fill the space with brightness. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and has a private attached bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and has a private attached bathroom as well. The kitchen is open and comfortable, and is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The apartment can comfortably sleep two couples, or a family of four. A baby chair can be provided upon request prior to arrival Reaching La Cuadra Residences, you may take as reference Plaza Herrera, or the Restaurant Aya La Vida, Located in the base floor and you may see it from the street. The entrance to the building is throught the black door La Cuadra Residences will be directly ahead at the intersection of Calle 9a Este and Avenida A. Parking Options: Parking on Site: We have limited parking spaces available on site, it has an extra cost of $20 per day, big cars don't go through since it has a limit of size. Casco Parking: Located on Avenida A, Casco Parking is a multi-level parking facility offers secure parking and is a short walk to La Cuadra Residence. Street Parking: Look for street parking along Avenida A or nearby streets. Remember to follow local parking regulations to avoid fines. Also note some people may ask for money to "take care" of your car, we do not recommend using them unless you do agree to pay and have cash (at least $5) otherwise they may damage your car. This activity is not encouraged in Panama yet you may encounter the situation. Additional Tips Safety: El Chorrillo is next to the building, and it can be a less touristy area, so be cautious and aware of your surroundings as you drive or walk through. It’s generally safe, but it's good to stay alert. We do not recommend go into this area, and maintain yourself in the limits where police is supervising or close by. Traffic: Traffic can be heavy, especially during peak hours. Plan your visit during less busy times if possible. Navigation: Use a GPS or a mapping app to help navigate the streets as they can be confusing and one-way in many places. \*\*CURRENTLY THE WASHING MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE\*\* To ensure a smooth start to your visit, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries upon your arrival. This includes essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. However, please note that these initial supplies are meant to get you started, and once they are depleted, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay. It is important to mention that this area is near less privileged areas of the city, therefore we recommend you to approach locals with respect and caution. The building is in a poor neighborhood just two short blocks from Casco Viejo, but we loved the local feel and opportunity to see more of real Panama City living. It feels safe with a locked entrance to the building, friendly staff at the front desk all 24 hours, and also two or three police officers parked out front 24 hours a day. The management company is communicative and helpful. For exploring other than the short walk to Casco Viejo, Ubers arrive within 2-4 minutes, and taxis are constant. The only drawback is that the families on the same corner play very loud reggaeton until 4 a.m. on the weekends, so bring ear plugs for those nights. ##### Kelly K. Clean short walk to all around the vicinity. Full screen TVs in all rooms. Area is a little sketchy, u have to be careful when walking outside in certain areas. Walk to the town was short and great. I traveled with my 1 and half year old. It was a great space for him. Kitchen came in handy. It gave me the opportunity to cook for my family. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside was at some point during our stay there was maintenance of the pool which we couldn't use. But we were compensated for the inconvenience. One of the bedrooms had an issue that didn't close properly. No ironing board. TV was very glitchy, hard to operate, and internet not always stable, so tv came in and out. The security was wonderful, we felt pretty safe that there were not people in the building who should not be in the building. I would stay here again. The other staff were cluless. They manage several buildings in the area. They took us to all 3 buldings. No one knew where we were staying. The made me pay again.
