Its vacation time! Venture Out welcome you to come stay in this beautiful home that backs up to the state park and has a view of the Lagoon. 2 queen sized bedrooms and a 3rd bonus room with a Daybed with pull out trundle. Flat screen T.V's in both bedrooms, so children and adults can kick back and unwind after a long day. There is a huge patio with plenty of room for family and guest to hang out on all the patio furniture with a a grill. Take the golf cart to all of the great amenities in Venture Out including pool and beach FAMILY ORIENTED VACATION ACCOMMODATIONS All our vacation properties and accommodations are family-oriented rentals ONLY. NO property/unit will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 years of age if unaccompanied by a parent. We require one (1) parent for every four (4) persons under the age of 25. A parent must be present at check-in and must remain in the property during the length of stay. Our rentals are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted, and all rental payments and/or security deposits will be automatically forfeited. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. THIS IS A STRICT POLICY AND ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED!
BOOKING When making a reservation, there is a 25% of total for deposit per reservation. If you book more than one week an additional deposit may be required. Reservations made under false pretense of any type or kind will result in the automatic forfeiture of all deposits, rental payments, fees, and immediate cancellation of your previously confirmed reservation. The remaining balance is payable in full One Month (30days) prior to the arrival date.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS Florida State Licensing Regulations require occupancy limits based upon square footage of the unit and sleeping accommodations. Therefore, the number of guests must not exceed 6 (six) (including all children). In a few units the maximum occupancy is 4 People. Guests who exceed maximum occupancy listed here in or in the property description are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments and deposits. If the occupancy limits are exceeded, then guests will be asked to check out and full deposit and rental fee will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT You will NOT be allowed to check-in until we receive your signed acknowledgment of our rental policies and the waivers for the golf cart and our health and safety waiver. Check-in time begins after 3:00 P.M. Local Time. In some instances, access to your property may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance scheduling circumstances beyond Venture Out Vacations control. There will be no discounts, credit, or refunds offered due to a late check-in or delays in check-in. Your patience is appreciated in these circumstances. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, but due to cleaning and inspection schedules (particularly during the summer season) will require special arrangements and a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Early check in is not guaranteed and not available in high season (June, July and Holiday weekends)
Check-out Time. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Local Time. Late check-outs may be available for an additional fee; however, late check out is not available in the high season (June, July, Holiday weekends). Arrangements and a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required.
Check-Out Instructions:
Check-out time is 10am on the final day of your reservation. Please leave the unit’s door UNLOCKED with the KEY inside on the kitchen table UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. Please clean all dirty dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. prior to your departure and put them back in place. If your unit has a dishwasher put all CLEANED items back where they belong. Do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Grilling is permitted on concrete surfaces (when provided). Please be sure you clean the grill and/or dump the ashes before you leave so the next guest finds it ready for use. Do not make the bed(s). Remove all trash from your unit and take to the back of the resort and put in the trash compactor located behind the maintenance building. All furniture, fixtures, and personal property should be returned to its original position. Special arrangements must be made in advance if you need a later checkout time. You could be charged $50 for each half hour late. CLEANING FEE All our vacation rental properties require a one-time departure clean fee to be paid by the guest to cover the cost of normal cleaning. This cleaning fee is required on daily, weekly and monthly reservations. If you are staying more than one month in the same property, the cleaning fee will only be charged on the last month of your stay. A mid-week clean can be provided for an additional fee. All fees are subject to state and local sales tax. We make every effort to insure each of our properties is cleaned after each guest checks out. IF YOU HAVE ANY HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES OR PROBLEMS, PLEASE REPORT THESE ISSUES TO THE VENTURE OUT VACATIONS TEAM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK-IN TIME SO THAT WE MAY PROMPTLY ADDRESS ANY HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES. NO DISCOUNT, CREDIT, AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES.
PETS In ALL of our properties pets are strictly forbidden. Having a pet in a property is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ESA (Emotional Support Animal) / ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified pets. Additional information upon request. We must be notified of a service animal and prior arrangements will need to be made with Venture Out Resort and us. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.
PARKING REGULATIONS/RESORT REGISTRATION Parking. Strict parking limits apply per property, per Owner Association rules. Rental guests are allowed no more than 2 vehicles per property. Parking is very limited in the resort. You may park one car in the driveway and one car in overflow. There is no parking on the street on Venture Blvd. A 2nd car may be parked on the street in front of your unit for short stints, but not over night. The streets in Venture Out are narrow and emergency vehicles need to be able to get through should an emergency arise. The resort has fees for registration and the initial registration fee includes the first vehicle (car, truck, van) if you do have a 2nd vehicle there is an additional fee.

Venture Out Resort has registration fees, if you pre-register online at least 48 hours in advance the fee is $65 and includes the first vehicle, if you do not pre register the fee is $75.00. If you have a 2nd vehicle it is an additional $75.00. There is a two car limit, third cars are not allowed. This is the policy of the resort, as space is limited and they want to ensure that the resort has plenty of space for everyone.
Motorcycles are $20.00 each, after the initial $65.00/$75 registration fee.
Water Craft: There is a registration fee charged by the resort to bring in a boat or wave runner/jet ski. Call their office to check rates and availability. Fees are dependent on time of year, they will be either $50 or $100 a day depending on date, please check with the resort office for exact dates and fees.
All rentals are charged the Resort Registration fee, even if you do not bring in a vehicle. Rv lot registration is the same as for the units, whether you are in a camper or motorhome, the registration fee is $65/75 and it includes your camper/motorhome and one vehicle, if you have a 2nd vehicle (not your motorhome) there is an additional $75 fee.
The resort Registration Fees are determined by a Board of Directors and are subject to change at their discretion.
INTERNET All of our units have internet access (RV lots do not) through their individual service providers. However, we do not and cannot guarantee internet connectivity or access due to service being provided by an outside third-party vendor, restrictions placed on such Internet services by/from personal computers, differing connectively specifications, and additional factors that may lead to interruption, failure, or unavailability of internet service. If you decide to access any Internet content during your stay, you do so entirely at your own risk and you assume and are responsible for ensuring that any/all accessed material or content does not infringe the laws governing, but not exhaustively covering, copyright, trademarks, pornography, or any other material which is slanderous, defamatory or might cause offense in any other way. You further agree to be responsible for liability for breach of intellectual property laws or other claims made by or on behalf of any owner of online content.
RATES Published rental rates are subject to change without notice. We expressly reserve the right to correct rates that may have been misquoted due to human error, negligence, or computer error. Rates for the next season are set up after the first of every year. If you reserve a unit/lot for the following year the new rates are not set yet and if they change your reservation will be updated with the new rates.
KEYS Your unit will be open and clean upon arrival. Upon departure leave the keys in the unit and the door unlocked. Our cleaners will be in immediately to clean the unit. There will be a $25.00 charge per key that is not left in the unit. This will be billed to the credit card on file for your reservation. If your unit has keyless entry, it will be locked and your code will be provided to you once the unit is ready for occupancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellation request must be submitted in writing, email is preferred.

We love Venture Out
Venture Out is a fun place to stay. The site said there was a King size bed and it was wrong! There were 2 Queens! Need to change that! We had no sheets, towels or toilet paper when we arrived. The parking pass charge is ridiculous! You shouldn't have to pay when you have your own space to park at the house that you pay to stay in!!!!! Very disappointing that they adding that unnecessary charge. You also shouldn’t have to pay for sheets and towels.

Nice location.....
We've stayed in several different places in Venture Out and we did like the location of this one. It is right against St. Andrews and it was like having deer in the back yard. My only complaints are the floor was filthy. It had been swept but definitely not mopped in quite some time. The master bedroom bed was the most uncomfortable bed I think I ever remember sleeping on. So much so, I slept on the couch all but the first two nights. My back couldn't handle much more......

Great space but the cleanliness was subpar and cooking supplies a bit limited!
The space was great as far as bedrooms and access to back playground. The unit was not clean when we checked in. It appeared clean but upon making the beds, there was inches of dust behind the bed headboards and on all the lampshades and ceiling fans. The floors were still gritty! If you’re staying here, bring kitchen towels and you might consider a good skillet if you plan to cook. The tvs are also small and not smart tvs (which wasn’t a big deal to us at all—just sharing for others). Mattresses were hard but we made do. Washer and dryer worked great! Golf cart was slow, ha! I did like that I could see our boys playing basketball from the window of the unit.
