This will be a no hassle vacation experience: No waiting for an elevator to get to the beach, easy parking directly in front of the unit, no getting lost in a massive high-rise/resort. There is a painted cross walk with a push button and flashing lights for the whole family to safely cross to get to the beach. 21+ to book West End of PCB: Public Beach Access 72: Directly across the street via painted crosswalk with push button activated, flashing signage. This one bedroom, plus bunks condo is located on the desired west end of PCB and was recently updated with new furnishings, paint, stainless appliances, and smart TV's. Southwind is a lower density complex, with 88 units all together. Good Vibes is located on the ground level and just a one minute walk across the street to the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico! This will be a no hassle vacation experience: No waiting for an elevator to get to the beach, easy parking directly in front of the unit, no getting lost in a massive high-rise/resort. The complex is in an awesome location, on the west end of Panama City Beach, and is very family friendly. About 10 minutes west from gorgeous Scenic Highway 30A, just a few miles from Pier Park, there's a ton of activities to get into. There's a cool boutique grocer, Carousel Supermarket, 1.2 Miles away and an 8 minute walk from highly rated Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. This condo sleeps 6 people. Please obey this rule to avoid eviction. Rest comfortably on a King bed in the bedroom. There is a built in bunk bed in the hall with 2 twin beds. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We were emailed the condo number and door code without issue. Upon entering you could smell how clean the property was. I appreciated having cleaning supplies under the sinks. This helped to keep the condo clean during our stay. The beds were all comfortable, even the pull out! The property was quiet and just steps away from the beaches.
