Amazing Tidewater Resort unit is decked out in preppy beach décor, with upgraded stainless kitchen appliances, new living room furniture, new comfy mattresses. Tidewater Beach Resort is hands down one of the best full amenity resorts on the beach. Tidewater amenities include Waves, an onsite restaurant, Flop Flops, a general store that brews Starbucks to get you going in the morning & serves cocktails, ice cream & other snacks, Gulf front gym, 2 hot tubs, 2 Roman Tubs, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, saunas, steam rooms, movie theater, game room, covered parking. Only 1/2 mile to Pier Park Shopping, Restaurants, Movie Theater, and Amusement Park! The property description and pictures are accurate. The Unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed and many extras. We have stayed in several units in Tidewater and this one was the best with many updates. Nancy is a great hostess providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. She is a great communicator and even checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable for our stay when we first arrived. We will glady return. before and this one was the best.

Loved the property. Ms. Nancy was great to work with, very friendly. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Only drawback is the elevators. So much traffic, waits are very long. This is out of the control of the owner.

Nancy's condo was a perfect spot for our family! It was clean and spacious! The location, a 1/2 mile to Pier Park, was perfect. Easy walk for dinner or shopping! The view was spectacular. Our kids really enjoyed the beach and even getting on the banana boat to go out parasailing. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was very clean and as described. It was such a beautiful place! Mrs. Nancy was easy to get in contact with and really sweet. Only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators, but that’s not her fault and we went during a busy time. But overall we had a great stay!

Had a wonderful time at this condo. It had everything we needed although the garbage disposal did not work and the elevators were the worst. But over all a fantastic condo. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in this area again.

We were with family for fall break. We found the condo clean and comfortable. The barrel style chairs in the living room were so comfortable it became my favorite place for morning coffee with the view out the patio door. Linda the property owner was so helpful and friendly you felt like you were dealing with a friend instead of business with a stranger. She was quick to respond to any question we had. My only complaint or point of frustration has nothing to do with the condo. It was so busy that week and the elevator wait was sometimes frustrating Other than that we enjoyed the property very much.

The condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The new decoy was lovely. There were many kitchen extras and Nancy the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The condo is spacious and perfectly accommodated our group. I loved relaxing/sitting on the balcony while seeing and hearing the ocean waves roll in. The beach is easily accessible and there's 2 pools with a hot tub! We were in town for a softball tournament and this unit was perfectly located for getting to the ball fields.

Great place to stay! Unit 914 is very spacious and clean. My mother is disabled and had plenty of room to get about where most places she doesn’t. Loved that it had 3 BR 3 BA, very convenient for everyone. The resort itself is close to everything which we loved! I would definitely rent from this owner again! She is very nice and wants to make sure your stay is the best!
