This unit is great for families because there’s only one set of stairs separating you from parking/beach level. Both requests for service were responded to immediately through email and text. I even received a follow up call. The location cannot be beat for convenience with Publix and CVS very close by, and restaurants and shops in Rosemary are just a few minutes drive. Most importantly, the beach is not crowded so there is no competing for space. The property is old-school, but well maintained. The unit is pleasant, no frills, but all the basics covered.
