This meticulously maintained coastal chic home with an open airy ambiance is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends. The first floor living area defines comfort, with overstuffed seating, modern "state of the art" kitchen with Viking appliances, and a Restoration Hardware style dining area. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space. Also in the first floor, large master suite to include California king bed, walk-in closet and an adjoining en suite with double vanity sinks, and glass enclosed shower. For your convenience a half bath is available as well. In addition to the expansive interior first floor design, floor to ceiling glass windows and French doors opening to the spacious and serene outdoor courtyard featuring a dining/seating area, natural gas grill, shower and lovely water fountain features. Another area to relax and enjoy. On the second level there is another beautiful master suite with vaulted ceilings, California king bed, adjoining en suite with double vanity sinks, glass enclosed shower and larger closets. Directly off the master is an outdoor balcony with seating overlooking the courtyard. The third king bedded master also has an adjoining en suite with a shower/tub combination ample closet space and a lovely walk out balcony with additional seating. The house is gorgeous. Perfect layout with a master down and 2 additional King bedrooms upstairs. The bunk was used for a "work space" for our adult children.
