Nice place for a night. Our room was across the street from the main building. Room is a little dsted but clean. There was a full sized stove and refrigerator in tje room.

The room was old, outdated, and stinky. We booked a beach view room and the hotel overbooked the rooms and therefore we got a room without a view. The hotel tried to blame expedia for the mix up, evwn though it wasn't expedia's fault. I do not recommend this hotel at all. For the price, you can get a nicer hotel.

Worst experience ever… I paid in full through Expedia and when I got to check in at the property they charged my card 3 times for the full amount and when I woke up they were still charging my card…… Something isn’t right here I will be going to the manager and disputing through my bank!

Very friendly staff, everyone we encountered was friendly. Really liked that we were across the street because I don't like heights. The other part of property is only 2 stories with plenty of parking. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. Property has 2 pools. The property is on the beach, there's a store too. Everything you need is close by, even a grocery store.

We have been coming here for years, but this year was a little different. We never got any towels brought to the room without us asking for them and they never came in to empty trash. Plus, we went down to get in the pool and there was a bunch of men drinking with empty Beer bottles and cans all around the pool. So many they were stacked up. Didn’t feel like I wanted to take my children in the pool so we had to miss out of a pool day. Plus, the hot tub wasn’t working and there was no bar.. which we don’t buy alcohol but we like to buy non-alcohol frozen drinks while we lay out. That may have been why they were all in the pool. I know it’s under new management. Hopefully It will get straightened out. I hate to see it go down. It has always been our favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach. Plus, they didn’t put beach towels out to go to the beach like they have every year so I didn’t bring one, so I had to go out and buy one.

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony, room was good size and it had a full size fridge/freezer! They had a nice pool, hot tub, and kids pool right by the ocean along with available gas grills and gazebos for outdoor dining.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel. However, it is a relatively inexpensive hotel right on the beach and right on the main strip in Panama City Beach. The pool area is nice and the beach is awesome. If you want a no-frills experience that’s affordable this place is for you.

My room was great. The view of the ocean was legendary. I really wish the poolside bar was open during my visit, and while I understand it's seasonal, it should've been communicated to guest scheduled to stay. It was one of the main reasons I chose to reserve here

The location was excellent, pricing affordable, checkin was extremely easy, male associate was very helpful. Check out was strange. The 2 women at the desk did not even look up, didnt as if they could help. A guest walked in, one of the ladies asked if she needed hep, as if i wasnt standind there. I put the key down and left.

The staff didn't know anything about the area. I asked for a good restaurant and they did not have a clue as the where to find a seafood place. I put the do not disturb hanger on the door and housekeeping came in without knocking.

The stay was pretty good until close to check out time. Around 9:00 am I called the front desk to verify check out time & they told me it was 10:00am. I didn’t think that was the time we were given when we booked the room. But either way I asked okay well can we have a little later check out? The lady on the phone was very rude and told me we could have until 10:15 that was it! I looked back at my reservation and it definitely said 10:30. Then at 9:50 someone (room cleaning Man) just opens the door and comes in our room, NO!, knock, NO!, Hello? NOTHING!!!! So! Not only did they not honor the 10:30 check out which is one of the reasons we decided on this hotel but then the rude front desk lady didn’t honor her 10:15 check out they send the cleaning people in 10 mins before 10:00 am.
