Come and escape to East of Eden, a newly updated home tucked away in the natural surroundings of Seacrest at Inlet Beach. This old Florida style beach home has a new modern flare and offers your family the best of both with a gorgeous beach and the private serenity of Deer Lake State Park surrounding the property. Enjoy direct beach access, a screened-in private pool, and an inviting open concept floorplan. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath beach cottage will welcome your family as you enjoy the huge private backyard, cozy lounging areas, and ample driveway parking for up to 5. Nestled on a quiet street you will find your perfect private retreat. Seacrest Drive is only a 5 minute bike ride to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 1 mile East from the Hub. You will delight over a breakfast stop to Charlies Donuts, Lunch at George`s, and Dinner at Pescado`s in Rosemary Beach.

Located on a large quarter acre lot, this home will offer you privacy to relax and enjoy all the outdoor living you could dream of. Inside you will enjoy a light, inviting, and relaxing atmosphere to spend time with friends and family in. The open concept floorplan includes a modern gourmet kitchen with white quartz countertops, an oversized stainless high-end refrigerator, wine fridge, and Keurig!

You will find a lovely half bathroom and large walk-in pantry just off of the full-size laundry room. The family-style dining room seats 6 at the table with 2 additional seats at the bar top. There is also an additional outdoor dining option, with a high top table for 4. The Master King bedroom with en suite bath includes a walk-in shower. There is also an additional King bedroom and a bunk room with a Twin over Queen sized bed, a sleeper sofa, and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Wonderful Getaway for a Family

This was our second time staying at East of Eden, and it lived up to the billing yet again. It is the perfect size for our family of 5, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s a quick drive, or bike ride, to Rosemary, Alys or Seacrest Beach, and yet the house is far enough away from those areas as to give it a quieter feel.Our kids love the covered pool, and it’s the perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The home is very clean and has everything a family needs for a week away, and the hosts are very responsive to any needs that may arise.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again!

Amazing trip!

The property was just perfect for me and my daughter in law, daughter and her two friends. The personal touches to the house made it extra special. The house was clean and the golf cart, bikes, chairs and umbrella were all so helpful for the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at East of Eden. The house was very clean and nice. The pool was amazing! We absolutely loved our time there. All communication with the owner was easy and very responsive! As others suggested, we used the golf cart to take us and our beach gear to the beach access across the road. My husband dropped us off and drove back to the house and rode one of the bikes back to the access where you can park it. One of the days, we went to Deer Lake State Park to the beach access there and that was nice with more space to spread out. Overall, getting to the beach early worked out well for us. We also used Anchor Charters to take a boat ride to Shell Island and that was great. We ate at the Old Florida Fish House twice while we were there and it was very good! As much fun as there is outside the house, it was always good to get back and lounge at the pool!

June Vacation

The home is darling. The access to bikes was nice given restrictions on where you can take golf cart. Golf cart was very useful with trips to the beach. Outdoor area was a great place to spend after a day on the beach. We enjoyed reading on the front porch area sitting in the chairs. Owner was very responsive.

Perfect Beach Stay

This was our first time at Seacrest FL and our family LOVED it here! We enjoyed the house so much we extended our stay. The house was VERY clean, updated, modern and comfortable for our entire family of 7. The beds were comfortable! The spot was only a short golf cart or bike ride away from the beach. Speaking of golf cart and bikes, having those included in the stay made it even more enjoyable with a large family. The owners responded very quickly to questions and were kind and helpful. We loved everything about this vacation! We hope that we can come back one day and stay here again.

Great property for a Family

We brought our 11 month old baby and two dogs and this house was perfect for both! Great location for walks to the beach and walks in general. Walking distance to great restaurants in alys. We enjoyed our stay!!

Relaxing Blessing

We needed quick accommodations, and they were wonderful. The property was very clean, but he POOL WAS INCREDIBLE. We asked to have it heated and it was so nice and warm. They were located in a quite yet walkable location. We did drive and use the golf cart as I cannot walk very far, but easily could have used the bikes. Saw beautiful sunsets every day in different locations. Quick access to the beach, not super crowded when we were there. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. So clean!! Thank you for sharing your home! Beautiful area!!!

Great home

Great house

The location was great. Close to the beach and having your own pool was wonderful. Communication was great and the house had all of the necessities. The golf cart and bikes were an added benefit. Everything was just as described. We would definitely stay again. One thing I would note is if you have Verizon as your cell phone carrier, the entire area has spotty service. The house has great wifi and we used wifi calling quite a lot which was not a problem but from rosemary beach down to grayton beach can be spotty. That has zero to do with this house it is just a comment for the area.

Great stay!

Our family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! We loved having use of the golf cart and bikes to go to the many nearby places. Everything you need or want is conveniently located. Awesome

My husband and I are older. We have not been in Florida since our children were younger. And that was 20 years ago. When we walked into East of Eden it took our breath away. It was stunning and so well appointed. We enjoyed the large pool and chose to have it heated, which was wonderful. Shawna was great at getting back to me when we had questions. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommended it for older people as well as families.

Peaceful, beautiful Beach house

We come to 30A/Rosemary Beach every summer and this is our new favorite. Every consideration was made! I have had to buy beach towels in the past and even those were provided. The house was beautiful and comfortable. My special needs son safely swam for hours in the pool and loved every minute. The outdoor tv was a nice touch. Everything was in tip top shape and very clean. The ambiance was stylish and relaxing. We had rented both bikes and the golf cart because my son loves golf cart rides. Beach access is at the end of the street--a quick bike ride, or about a 5 minute walk. Beach access with golf car parking is about one street over. You can bike down the road to the Alys area where there are places to eat like George's (a bit upscale), a coffeeshop/small grocer/eatery that is very cute, a playground, juicer, splash pad. If you want to go to a stnadard grocery store a newer Publix is now open 5 minutes drive away. Amica 30A Italian has THE BEST pizza! The property manager was very responsive and answered all of my dumb questions (Where's the remote?) within a few minutes. The neighborhood is a mixture of owners and vacationers, very quiet, lovely and family oriented.

Beautiful surroundings, close to beach. Home had a urine smell from previous pet visitors. Wasn't as clean as you would expect for the price. Rugs were very dirty. Needs replaced or thrown out. Ice machine didn't work. The filter on the refrigerator was old so we had to purchse our water. Dryer takes forever to dry anything. Terrible internet...couldnt watch a single movie or Tv show without it stopping and freezing... The pool deck had an overwhelming urine smell that got worse as the day got hotter... For the price I expected the home to be much cleaner and not so worn.

Amazing Week!

Our stay was great! The property manager was so responsive and let us know right away when the house was ready. She even left us a pie in the fridge waiting for us! The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The beds were also actually comfortable!! The pool and outdoor space were perfect. The walk to the beach is a little long, but we figured out the best way to get there is to golf cart all of your stuff (and most people) down there and have one person bike back as there is bike parking at the entrance. The driveway was large and fit all of our cars. The location was quiet away from the busy streets but perfect location to all parts of 30A. We would absolutely come back!

Shawna has a beautiful home in a perfect location. We absolutely loved being right in the middle of anything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and loved the pool , the backyard and the grill. The layout is open and perfect for kids. Bedrooms and amenities were great. They thought of everything. Plenty of towels, blankets, fans etc. Anytime we needed anything they were quick and responsive. We would come again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful All-Around Experience

Love This Property!

This is one of our favorite houses in Florida. Nicely decorated and appointed, large pool and a great location! We will absolutely consider returning in the future. Shawna was great to work with and she immediately and personally resolved the only minor issue that we had with a slow sink drain.

Great house

We had a great vacation at this house. .35 miles to the beach and very short drive to restaurants and shops. Overall the location was awesome. I would recommend renting the golf cart. It came in handy transporting beach stuff and people to the beach. The bikes were great for the week also. The screened in pool was great after a day at the beach. Would 100% stay here again.

Great family vacation home

Our family (including our grandchildren ages 7 to 18 months) enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well stocked. We especially appreciated the beach towels, sand toys, and pool toys. The large pool was the biggest hit with the kids. We paid to have it heated and it was well worth it this time of year. Beach access was easy. Shawna and John were great to work with. They responded to emails and texts very promptly before and during our stay. They also provided clear check in and check out instructions as well as very helpful house and area information. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Clean, Fun and Great Location

We were very impressed with the nice touches when we arrived. The house was very clean, and Shawna was easy to work with. The best part was the large, heated pool that we enjoyed every day.
