RENTAL AGREEMENT 1: RESERVATION INFORMATION CHECK-IN The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Overall we had a good time at the vacation home . One thing to note is that the pool is shared with one other house and has a privacy screen to separate but it wasn’t mentioned on vrbo listing details . I wish I had seen it while booking . We got to know about it after we booked the place and received more details on the listing . We ran out of basic supplies like paper towels , toilet paper , trash bags , towels as only a started kit was provided , with around 13 people in the house we needed more and extras weren’t available in the house . The host was really kind and provided us more on request. The host replied to all my messages promptly and also accommodated all our requests . ##### Nithya A.
