One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths. IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY This unit sleeps up to 7 people. NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed, even on the unit’s balcony area. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund. Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund. The property is very well kept. 3 pools and 1 heated. Management of Condo was very prompt and friendly. I would recommend this Condo to anyone. It was clean and located on top floor with great view of ocean and pool. I would recommend a new mattress in master suite and directions on using the TV and remotes, they were a little complicated but overall it was a great place to stay. ##### Kendra C.
