On the second floor, the newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances along with a gas cook top with a grill for searing steaks or cooking pancakes, and the island has a wine cooler and bar sink for entertaining. There is a large, covered porch off the dining room which can closed with shutters or open to the gulf breezes. There is Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a full bath. The first floor has a master en suite with a king bed, and on the 3rd floor there is a large master bedroom with a workspace and en suite with an oversized shower featuring dual shower heads. Sip your cocktail as the sun sets over the gulf or enjoy morning coffee and gulf views from the 3rd floor private balconies off the master bedroom. Also on the third floor, kids will enjoy the bunk room with queen over queen bunk beds, private en suite bath and flat screen television. The gulf front pool and beach access to the beautiful white sand and crystal blue water are only a two-minute walk. This home is filled with natural light in an open floor plan and 10' high ceilings with several cozy areas and outdoor spaces for every guest to enjoy. It’s close to the beach and all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed! We loved have a bathroom for each bedroom, as well as an extra full bath on the main floor. The beach is pretty crowded because it is the public access for a lot of the area, but we knew that going in. Would definitely recommend! ##### Meredith H. (except the foosball table was rusted and broke) Great Location. Only had issue with management company when we were locked out the home because the keypad needed a new battery. The number to call you could not leave a message. After an hour, I finally got a response after many text, from the management company, but it took them another hour to arrive and get us back into the house. Our stay in Rosemary Beach was fantastic! The accommodations were simply perfect. Everything you would require for an extended visit was provided by the homeowners. Pelican Watch was very spacious, extremely clean and in a convenient location to everything along 30A. Wonderful restaurants, shops, bike path, beach, pool, etc. were all within a very short walk. A quick drive provided easy access to everything else in the area. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of a property! ##### “Steve” J. Absolutely beautiful home, perfect location for a family with 5 children ranging from 3-17\. We loved the home and were able to walk to restaurants, super close to beach, and little grocery store down the road. The only issue we had was an electrical issue with the property and unfortunately didn’t have lights in kitchen/dinning room. The owners are going to credit us a little as eating in the dark with kiddos was an interesting experience. We are still waiting on the credit but otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay! ##### Ashley P. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, and every aspect was perfect! It was well furnished and very comfortable for six of us. We plan to stay here again in the future. My only complaint was the crowded beach. This time we brought our son’s girlfriend. The house and set up was perfect for bringing significant others. The walk to the beach was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super clean and well equipped. Re community— Bikes weren’t really allowed in the gated space, which was a bummer for the kids. Also no golf carts allowed.
