Compass Point 1 #408 - WaterSound Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Luxury, top floor condo rental with beach and sunset views! Sleeps 6, 3 bathrooms. Do you love expansive views of the emerald waters and sugar white sands? This is the perfect vacation spot for you! You will be spellbound by the views when you gaze through the floor to ceiling, rotunda windows when you walk into the large, open concept living space. The living room features a creamy white, custom sofa which mimics the curved shape of the rotunda windows, as well as cozy side chairs where you can read a book, enjoy the view, or watch your favorite program on the wall-mounted TV. The kitchen features all stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The large island has 3 barstools to provide extra seating. A few steps away is the large dining table with seating for 6\. You can also choose to dine alfresco on the balcony just off of the kitchen. The outdoor table seats 6 and will provide you with a sunset view while you have your evening meal. There is also a balcony with a high top table and 4 chairs off of the dining/living area. The master bedroom is located just off of the living area and has amazing views over the dunes and over the emerald green waters. There is no better view to wake up to! The master has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The two guest bedrooms are locate down the hall from the kitchen. The junior master has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower (which also has access from the hallway). The third guest room has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both guest rooms have wonderful beach views. All of the bedrooms have their own TV's. The condo also has an office workspace and full washer and dryer. Also located on the grounds is a private pool for Compass Point Condo guests and there is also access to the Dunesider pool directly across the street from the building. The beach walkover boardwalk is directly behind the Dunesider pool. \*This home does not have access to the Watersound Beach Club. The Beach Club is a private, members only club and day passes cannot be purchased.\* \*Construction notice: Construction materials, noises, and work may be present during your stay as the building is undergoing renovations per the HOA.\* Home Highlights: Sleeps 6 1,818 Square Feet Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf, beach and rolling dunes - stunning! 2 Large King Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms and a Queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom 3 Full Bathrooms High ceilings, bright, and luxurious decor Open-concept main space living with Main Master King on opposite end of condo from other 2 bedrooms TVs in all bedrooms plus a wall-mounted flat screen in the living room 2 Private balconies - 1 off of the dining/living area and main king master and the other accessible both by the kitchen and second king bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer in unit Other amenities: elevator access from the garage to the 4th floor, access to the private Compass Point 2 pool as well as the Dunesider pool across the parking lot from Compass Point 1, access to the WaterSound beach via the beach walkover boardwalk \- Beach Front Additional \- There is an elevator from the garage/ground floor that takes you up to the 4th floor just steps away from the condo. \- No Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. \- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional clean charges. \- WaterSound community does not allow any golf cart rentals or guests to bring their own golf carts Reservation/ Booking Policy \- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking \- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Refrigerator broke on 1st day there, cleaners didn’t leave basic supplies and refrigerator alarm went off after midnight 4 nights. Property manager not there first 3 days of stay and got better communication from him. We had to use refrigerator in condo next door, then a temporary one delivered last 2 days of stay.Pictures must be dated, as furniture really tired and stained.We used Dune 2 other times at WaterSound Crossing and never made a call to them. The pictures of this place were stunning and in person, it was even more so! Everything was great! The management company is incredibly organized and helpful! There are no negatives about this place at all. If the owners want to add one thing that would make it EVEN more perfect, they should add a golf cart! The HOA doesn’t allow you to bring in rental carts and driving around the shops and restaurants on 30A is much easier in a golf cart. There are bikes provided snd that’s wonderful just think access to a golf cart would be the cherry on top! Thanks so much for letting us stay and enjoy the beach so much! ##### missy m.
