Parking Deck Vehicle Registration:
Majestic's Parking Deck is located across the street from the Towers. There is a security camera at the gate that reads guest's license plates to validate entry. Vehicles should be registered before arrival using the guest services website, with an online payment of $40 per stay. The registration process requires guests to enter their vehicle make, model, license number, as well as number of guests staying in the unit. If you are renting a car for your trip, you can register when you pick up the car. Even last minute registrations or changes to the registered vehicle are effective immediately.

Check-In Information:
Check-In is 4PM, at the latest. We will let you know if the unit is clean and ready for you if you plan to arrive any earlier. Please access the parking deck once the license plate scanner validates your pre-registered vehicle and proceed to the 3rd floor of the parking deck to find the unloading area and luggage carts, if required.

Take the sky walk to Tower 1, then the elevator from Level 3 to Level 19. Unit 1913 is easy access, very near the East set of elevators. The door code for the unit will be communicated to you 1-2 days prior to your stay. Inside you will find 4 guest wristbands on the shelf by the front door. Resort rules require guests to wear the wristbands at all times while on the resort property. Please leave the wristbands in the condo where you found them before your final departure. There will a replacement charge of $10 each if you decide to keep them or forget to leave them after your stay.
