I recommend the home at 28 Queen Palm once repairs are made. While staying there my family and I experienced insects on the patio to the point where we could not use any patio and leaks in the home. We couldn’t use the plumbing in some spaces of the home. Though the service techs were nice we had three visits for repairs during our three night stay. Which was beyond ridiculous and a bit intrusive! While vacating the home we found mold like substance in the garage! The WORST part of this whole ordeal is Benchmark Management! They’ve done a poor job at managing the home and caring for customer’s inconvenience. I have had to follow up nonstop and they refuse to properly compensate for the lackluster stay which ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful vacation. These issues could have been easily repaired if they cared to properly inspect the home for the future renters. I should have listened to the reviews as you can easily spot in the wording that there were issues from previous renters and the previous renters gave grace. Most of the issues we experienced related to the construction of the house. Interior doors won't close, windows wouldn't lock, microwave was only partially installed, toilet flushed slow, light bulbs flickered, etc. ... We did have an issue with dirty sheets in the primary. I requested new sheets and the wrong size was delivered. In the end, we bought our own and the management company reimbursed us without issue. The home is not as fully stocked as other beach homes we've stayed in. It was fairly close to the beach. Some of us road bikes to the beach using the underground tunnel under the main road. There is parking at Inlet beach but it is limited if you arrive after 9:00 AM. We loved that every room had its' own bathroom. The house has much potential but needs more attention. ##### Karen G.
