Private Heated Pool with Backyard Oasis! Can you hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore? If you're sitting on the pool deck then the answer is a resounding YES! Welcome to Pineapple Paradise! This newly renovated, cute, updated beach house is just a three blocks (5 minute walk) from the beach! And you can hear the glorious waves crashing on the shore. This deceptively spacious beach house is ideal for two small families, one large family, or a girlfriend getaway. Located in the Golf Cart friendly neighborhood of Laguna Beach on the magnificent West End of PCB, Pineapple Paradise is just a few minutes from HWY 30-A to the West & Pier Park to the East. We’ve just completed a renovation that includes new tile floor, new kitchen with bar and new furnishings. Our beach house features 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers king sized bed, en suite bathroom, dresser, wall mirror, small seating area, and door to pool deck. The hall closet may be used for hanging clothes. Bedroom 2 offers king sized bed, large closet, dresser, and wall mirror. Bedroom 3, the "kid's room" has a chair and sofa, both of which let out into sleepers, offering room for 3\. Also includes a dresser, closet, and large TV. The house has an open living room/dining area/kitchen with murphy bed, and large pool with deck offering lounge chairs, dining table and covered seating. Amenities include free wifi, private pool with fenced back yard, and full size washer/dryer. All rooms include extra electrical outlets and USB ports. Large flat screen televisions are located in living room and the "kid's room". The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, small appliances and large appliances, cooking utensils, shatterproof and glass cups, plates, and bowls, and silverware. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths. Convenient and easy access to the beach. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood. It was our home away from home for a week. We had two babies under the age of two with us and couldn’t get make it to the beach every day so it was wonderful to have a pool on property for an alternative and the babies loved the pool. This is the reason I chose this property because I knew traveling with two young children would have its obstacles! Pineapple Paradise was perfect for us. ##### Christina K. Jul 11, 2023 #### Pretty Pineapple Paradise I want to start by saying Kathryn is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with! The house was so clean, plenty of space to spread out. The garage was a great additional space to park and use as an access point instead of going through the doors. The pool was warm clean! Also, there is no worry about wondering where everything is, it is ALL labeled which was also amazing. I cannot recommend this house and Kathryn enough! My husband and I and our 2 small children stayed at the Pineapple Paradise home in June 2021\. We loved having our own pool and the garage to store our beach stuff. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean! It was so wonderful not to have to pack beach towels, boogie boards or a beach wagon and umbrella because Kathryn (owner) thought of everything and had all that stuff for us. I wasn't sure if the walk to the beach was going to be a challenge with a 7 and 3 year old, but it was very close and actually enjoyable. The neighborhood was so cute and the the kids had fun spotting toads and lizards along the way. Kathryn was an amazing host and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. It was very clean and just the right size for us (we had 6 people). House was very clean. Pool was refreshing as well. It's about a 7 min walk to beach but we drove (hubby and I both have bad backs so hard to walk). Very peaceful neighborhood. We did have fridge issues but it has another fridge in garage so it wasn't a big deal. We contacted the owner regarding fridge and she's going to have it checked. My husband is in a wheelchair and an amputee, so he had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom and couldn’t get to the shower at all. Thank goodness we brought wipes just in case of this. He did love sitting on the patio in the sun. He did have to have help getting in and out the patio door. We will definitely stay again without my husband. House was very clean and decorated very nice with a beachy theme and pineapples. The kitchen was very well stocked and our daughter did the cooking. It was definitely fun being away from home.
