There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The resort and room were as described. The condo we were in was a bit outdated , but everything was in working order and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing beats the view from the room of the Gulf. The resort was busy but never felt over crowded even during the Spring Week that we were there. It was also a very quiet at night very family friendly. We would stay at this resort again if we ever were to return to Panama Beach. My only complaint would be at least an additional hour or two more for check out. It was a bit early. ##### Shannon W.
