And what a beach it is, voted one of the best beaches in the world! NEW FOR 2024 WE HAVE UPDATED THE FOLLOWING: \* New paint for entire interior \* New\]flooring and glass railings for terrace \* New sectional in living area \* New sectional and seating on terrace NOTE: SINCE WE PURCHASED COUSINS' CABANA WE HAVE TOTALLY RENOVATED. THE RENOVATION WAS EXTENSIVE AND INCLUDED: 1\. THROUGHOUT THE CONDO - new tile flooring and area rugs, total repainting, new woodwork, wainscoting and crown moldings, granite counter tops and new ceiling fans with lighting; 2\. KITCHEN - all new and professionally designed with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, glass tiled backsplash, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. 3\. LIVING & DINING ROOMS - new area rugs, all new furniture in the living room, including upgrading the TV to 65" with HD & 4K with a Sharp surround sound system. The Dining Room has a new buffet, artwork and designer lighting. 4\. ALL BATHS - are updated with new custom cabinets, lighting, granite counter tops, and new toilets. THIRD BEDROOM - Has been furnished with a new bunk bed (an XL Twin over Queen) new foam/gel mattresses on both beds, new furniture and bed linens. This room has a 37" TV with WiFi connected DVD. PLEASE NOTE THE WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE UPPER BUNK IS 125 LBS. 8\. BALCONY - Has new decorative pillows on the conversation area and has a balcony height table with 4 chairs which have been newly reupholstered. While the outside gives guests the feeling of a lovely Mediterranean villa, the inside offers comfort that makes one feel like they are truly in a modern tropical paradise. Each room has been tastefully decorated with designer decor with your comfort in mind -- a retreat for every season! The living area provides not only the ocean view, but also the view of the pool. The kitchen is fit for a professional cook and extremely well equipped, a perfect place to make toast or a 5-course gourmet dinner. The adjoining dining area is large and spacious and includes table and chairs for 6 as well as a bar dining for four. The living room includes lots of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for the entire crowd to gather. The new 65" HD-4k flat screen TV with Sharp surround sound system, HD cable and a Blue Ray DVD player (along with complementary video collection & WiFi connections) provides the perfect setting to enjoy sports or to have a movie night for the family. The sound system is Bluetooth compatible so you can play your favorite tunes from your phone. There is even a full collection of board games and books in the armoire. We have taken care to anticipate the needs of our guests. The balcony is the perfect extension of the living area and is fully furnished and allows for Gulf-view dining or lounging with the sound of the waves providing the background music. There is NO bad view in the unit! The master bedroom is a true sanctuary. With a king sized Tempurpedic Cloud bed, luxury linens, iHome stereo (iPhone 6 compatible), a 55” HD flat screen smart TV, private sitting area, his and her vanities and dressers. The adjoining bathroom is a total Spa featuring a jetted bathtub for two, large walk-in shower with rain shower head, separate dressing room and generous closet, what more could anyone ask for! The sitting area is perfect for reading your favorite book or having you morning coffee in the bay window. There is really nothing like waking up to the view of your own palm tree. The other two bedrooms (each with their own bath) are comfortably appointed one with a king bed and the other with an XL twin (NOTE: 125 lb weight limit) over a Queen bunk bed and both have 37" TV’s with WiFi connected BlueRay DVD's. All bedrooms have memory foam/gel mattress and custom-made linens that were designed specifically with the guest in mind. Approximately 2,000 square feet give our guests and their families plenty of room to get together and lots of nooks and crannies in which to enjoy some alone time. Whether you want to spend time in the sun by the ocean front heated pool, lounge on the beach, swim in the surf, walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping, “doing” lunch, or just relax inside in the cool, comfort, and quiet - you have it all in this outstanding villa-Cousins' Cabana (Unit C-201)! We loved all the amenities and the balcony is pure magic. We’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation except the Seacrest public/private beach situation is completely out of control - and there’s this teeny tiny patch of beach for hundreds of homes to setup your own stuff without paying hundreds for the chair service, which is also 6-7 rows deep and crowded. I hate this for these property owners as it’s out of their control, but we won’t be back to this party of 30a until they get this fixed. ##### Anne M. Very disappointing that we tried making chair reservations and 4th row back or no availability at all was all available on days there. Luckily condo had 4 chairs and a broken umbrella so we would get u at crack of dawn and reserve our front row (almost in water) spot. When we went for walk unfortunately people would line up chairs and umbrella right in front of us completely blocking our view etc. Beach is beautiful early morning before crowds. Again Cousins condo is amazing. Beach in front of condo is not private. It is open to public and tons of people are allowed access right in front of condo. And can we talk about the balcony…Shazam!! I have been traveling to 30A for over 20 years and I have never fallen asleep on the balcony of any property and I did it twice at this location!! Superb! The property owners are quick to respond and assist with any question you might have. Excellent communication with owner, beautiful decor, great beds, easy parking, and you can walk to so many places to shop and dine. This place is perfect! Not enough stars to rate this property. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very large. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio enjoying looking at the water. It is so easy to walk to everything or ride bikes. We chose to ride our bikes everywhere and our kiddo loved it. The only thing I would recommend letting guests know is that there are no beach towels, and they will need to supply those themselves. At other vacation rentals where we have stayed, there were some coffee grounds that could hold you over until you purchased what you wanted. At this rental, there weren't any coffee grounds, which is not a big deal but something we have not run into before.Last, you can hear other families at the pool or running around outside, even at 9 PM at night, and before 6 AM. Our son is old enough that it was not a problem, but could be or families with smaller children. Overall, great stay! We would definitely come back again! ##### Jana J. The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our family, including young kids and grandparents. The layout was comfortable and spacious, allowing everyone to feel at ease. The highlight, of course, was the stunning gulf view—it was absolutely breathtaking and made our mornings and evenings extra special. Being close to local attractions and restaurants was a huge plus, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. We never had to use a lockbox (the attendant retrieved the fobs for us). So, sending pictures of this lockbox in a PDF was misleading. Also, the instructions on the fridge & in the initial email sent on 10-7 talked about transponders & key fobs. & how there would be a $100 charge if we lost them. So, that was confusing. The rest of the stay was incredible. I cooked a Thanksgiving meal & other than no spices or coffee the kitchen was very accommodating. We will for sure be back. The view was incredible. & the price was very affordable for this large 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. ##### Shelly B. Our complaints were the housekeeping requirements, stripping all used beds and taking trash clear down to a trash center in the parking lot. It’s a lot to clean for the fee we’re charged. But mainly because it was not fully cleaned: dirt around edges of bedroom carpet, dirty ring in master toilet, dirty glass with a toothbrush in it, a dirty tissue and pen on the floor of a bedroom. Stains in frig under the glass drawers. Overall the unit was clean, it just needs a good deep clean. We loved the living room and the balcony was comfy with a beautiful view! ##### Susan S.
