Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor. Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion. The pictures do not do the deck justice. It's very large and we spend a lot of time out there. They cut our bike lock attached to our vehicle on the main garage level, which means they were they were just looking for bikes and thankfully not vandalizing vehicles. There was food on the outside tables and chairs and the patio itself. The bed linens were stained and dirty ; therefore the cleaning crew dropped off a new comforter (no blanket) the day of complaint. I dropped something and when I retrieved it from underneath the bed, there was so much dirt and medication tablets. The bath towels were so thin and the rugs were dingy. The attendant that put out the beach chairs was very nice and we didn’t have any problems with parking. ##### Robin D.
