    This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor.

    Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Both bathrooms have updated tiled walk in showers. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has brand new polywood table with 6 chairs, 2 side chairs and small table and 2 loungers (not yet pictured). Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

    Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

    This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Everything was just like they said it would be it was clean and very comfortable it might have been too comfortable because I didn't want to leave to even start my day I wanted to sleep in, but overall it was a great place to stay and a great experience. I will stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit as well as the rest of the building were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Traveling at the end of December can sometimes be sketchy, but having the heated pool and extra large hot tub on grounds was a game changer. We will be visiting again.

Property was clean upon arrival. Helen is always a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive if needed. Emerald Isle is a smaller complex, which is nice and on the west end of the beach. This unit met our needs for a relaxing vacation.

One if our favorites in a Emerald Isle.

The condo is very nice. Well equipped. It’s on the end so you have no traffic past the door and a great sunset view. The showers are amazing. The two young men who man the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

We loved everything about this unit. The unit was so light and comfortable. The beds, showers, tables all great quality. The resort is beautiful, close to the beach and the staff was so friendly. Saying hello or good morninhg everytime we saw them. No waiting for elevators or luggage racks. Perfect location to all restaurants and amenities. Will definitely be back.

The room overall was fantastic and the owner, was very prompt with communication. She had installed a new refrigerator before our check in. Loved the location of the room and the view, will definitely be returning hopefully to the same location, only problem was the couch, the front was broken but all of the furniture in the living room was leather and we loved that because it’s so much cleaner

Amazing Time

Loved this condo so much, it was on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Very little traffic and very little noise. Family oriented condo with great pool area and hot tub. Beach area was not crowded at all, we were spaced out from everyone. The only thing we didn’t like were the beach chairs they were not comfortable at all. But that’s ok we brought some chairs from home. We will definitely be coming back to this condo. The balcony is definitely a plus lots of room.

Beach life is for me

Checked in Saturday afternoon, could not get in touch with property manager: mold in difference places. Rust from furniture on balcony. Frig door and handle dirty. No pot holders. No rug in kitchen or first bathroom. Comforter in closet had blood spots on it. Drapes looked like white sheets, the one bedroom by the balcony the drape was upside down and so dirty 2nd bathroom had spots on shower curtain. Had to pay $30.00 per vehicle, and then not a reserved spot. Lamp in first bedroom missing bulb and then no turn on switch. Inside top of washing machine dirty.

Could have been nice.

We arrived at a little after 4:00pm and the condo had not been cleaned. Helen sent Heather to clean. Heather was very sweet and did a decent job. What the condo needs is a deep cleaning from top to bottom. The baseboards and doors are filthy. Covered with dust, spills, and handprints. The kitchen cabinets are dirty inside and out. We had to run the dishes and silverware through the dishwasher before we could use them. There is no smoke detector in the front bedroom, just wires sticking out of the base. The tv remote in that room was missing the battery cover and the batteries. The remote for the tv in the living room had band aids holding the battery cover on. The living room furniture looks very nice on the website but is awful to sit on. Especially the full size sofa/bed. The seats are sunken into the bed frame making it terribly uncomfortable and very hard to get up from. The curtains are filthy from dragging the floor. The deck is beautiful and spacious. The furniture is on the verge of collapse. It is covered in rust with filthy cushions. I understand that rust is an issue with metal furniture next to the ocean. But these chairs and table have passed their life span. The only decent piece on the deck was one chaise. For the amount of money spent on renting this place I expected at least cleanliness.

Mother's Day girls' trip!

My daughters and I stayed in Emerald Isle 501 over Mother's Day weekend. Everything was just as advertised. Check in was super easy, and the staff was sooo friendly! We even met Helen! While we were there, the girls and I decided that we will definitely be coming back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved recent updates bit needs more love & housekeeping. Master shower may need a new PRV. Water pressure in entire unit too high. Return vent replacement. Garbage Disposal replacement Vent above double closet in LR rattles. Frig light is out. DR floor lamp switch broken. Kitchen baseboard/molding around DW need painting. Ceiling fans in LR/DR could use replacing. Housekeeping should place decorative items back in the same place after dusting/vacuuming. HK should use BR cleaner with bleach and also around all water faucets. But hey - Rome was not built in a day!!
