Emerald Isle 404 - Affordable rates!!

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view of the crystal clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Indulge in the sweeping panoramic views from the large balcony as you can watch the sunrise with your coffee and view the sunset in the evening. Most days you may also see dolphins at play! The sizeable balcony contains plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. This condo is fully equipped for your pleasure and convenience where you can feel right at home as you vacation in beautiful Panama City Beach.

This unit boasts a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishware, and modern conveniences to make you feel right at home. Flat panel smart TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and internet service. Beach chairs and coolers available in the living area closet. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steamroom, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an ocean view exercise room with a sauna. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion. On property ice, snack vending machines, and ATM.

Great stay as always!

We have been staying at this condo for about 5 years in a row. This was our first stay in 404 and it was one of the better rooms we have stayed and one of the most convenient because it’s so close to lower levels. Overall, we just love it in PCB and this room made it that much more enjoyable!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was so nice and the views from the balcony were the best we’ve ever had. We definitely will look into booking again! Could you maybe install the ESPN app on the living room tv? I wanted to watch the College World Series but couldn’t get the app. I had to watch in the bedroom. But that’s not a complaint at all, just a suggestion lol. Thanks again!!

We Loved our stay. Room was very clean! Directly on beach/ocean. Room is very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great on the west end of PCB. Not as congested This 4th floor unit is convenient to office, elevator, garbage bins. Very simple check in process everyone was nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful unit. The beach is an easy walk and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were usually able to park in the garage under the building so loading and unloading was a breeze.

Beautiful condo

Condo is just as described. Beautiful inside and great view of the beach and ocean. Loved it was right on the beach. Appreciated all the beach gear - chairs, etc. It seemed to be a little less crowded this section of the beach which was a huge bonus! Close to restaurants and PCB attractions. Very clean and comfortable. A/c was not working properly but quickly resolved. Would recommend this condo!

The condo was terrific! The pools were nice and the hot tub was HOT. Can’t remember when everything worked where we stayed. The elevators were fast. The only thing I will change the next time we stay is I need a stepstool to get into the bed. Nicely decorated.

This condo unit 404 is lovely! Stocked with all of the essentials and a King bed that sleeps very comfy. I do have an issue with a sign that was posted for all to see, and maybe it applies to some of the guests, but not us! Don't put ivory fabric living room furniture in a condo. Simple as that! The little snarky remark, "Remember, we have your credit card number "...if any stains can't be removed you could be charged for a new living room suit. I found that kind of rude. Ok, the pool areas need more chairs, but that's a HOA matter. Overall, it's a nice, quiet condo, but in my opinion it needs a little dressing up. A welcoming lobby entrance, and more amenities would be an very nice addition. The unit itself was just fine, and I would go back. The balcony is worth it all.

Very clean, close to the beach, awesome number of beach towels & kitchen ware. Parking was easy. Great place for what we needed. Wish checkout process did not require all dishes to be washed and unloaded at time of departure. Inconvenient to cook and eat breakfast for the family the last morning and have to hand wash everything when you’re trying to get out. Loading and starting dishwasher when you leave would be much easier.

Well decorated, clean. I personally liked the 4th floor location, had to take stairs 1 time on check in day and easy up and down. 23 floor building. 4 elevators and hardly any wait other days. NOTE: it's $30 per car for parking pass. Wrist bands are "included free". Maintenance staff and cleaning crew always around keeping place clean. Security team on site always visible. Felt safe. Overall, great place. Good location. Would stay again.

The condo is very nice. View from the patio is hard to beat. Great for sunsets or looking at the beach and ocean. The layout of the condo makes if seam very large. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The only complaint I have with the condo are the TV could be updated. We had to hook up a laptop to one of them to watch Netflix ect.. The other notable thing is the master bed is really high to get in and out of. The complex was nice as well. Parking or elevators were not an issue. I was also nice to have the security guard walking around and very visible. Plenty of chairs around the pools. Being on the west end there are still many good restaurants in the area. Would not hesitate to stay at this condo again.
