The dishwasher wasn’t unloaded from the previous renters & the silverware wasn’t clean. One of the door shelves in the refrigerator was broken also. Good seafood restaurant right across the street , seafood market and grocery store just down the road. The owner was not well served by her cleaning crew on this trip. My wife found dried food on dishes and spent the first hour after our arrival cleaning the kitchen and master bathroom. Other than that the condo is well furnished with comfortable beds and a great balcony. The condo staff was very friendly. Tip the guys running the beach service and they will take great care of you. Emerald Isle is a great place to stay. This is our second time to rent from this owner and we would not hesitate to do so again.
