Dust, mildew and disgusting- left early
The only positive of this place was the location and proximity. It was so dirty and looked to never have been dusted or cleaned. One day we spent 3 hours deep cleaning and vacuuming ourselves. We knew this would be a very small place but words can’t describe how NYC-tight it was. We were so disappointed with the cleanliness and how every single piece of furniture needed to be thrown away and updated that we left 3 days early and found a nice hotel. 30 Nevis ln needs a complete renovation. Holes in the wall everywhere, looked like it’s never seen a repaint. The smell of mildew was so bad. We would not recommend and will not be back.

Great location but mildew smell
The location was amazing as it is an easy walk to the beach, local restaurants and shopping. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The only issue we had was the very musty smell and the humidity in the place. The furniture had a damp feel to it and the smell was quite strong. The host let us check in early which was great and was responsive when we first arrived.

You get a small clean space with definitely well loved and used furniture. the location is perfect, the price is unbeatable and it has everything you need. If you’re looking for a place that’s an affordable getaway, this is your place.

Cute Cottage House
Location is great, right off main square and short walk to beach. Property is small, even for 2 adults and 2 children, however doable. You likely won't spend much time in there because you'll be at the beach!

Wonderful carriage house in amazing location.
Everything was fantastic, very convenient to everything , shops, dinning, beach, etc. very well kept and stocked. Will stay again.

Great host, great stay, great location!
My wife and I had an amazing time at Rosemary Beach. The location of this house is prime, right around the corner from the Town Square. Host was helpful and responsive. I’d like to come back again soon and stay at the same place!

Rosemary Beach Spring Break Trip
My family stayed in the cottage for four nights. It was very efficient and had everything we needed. I was thankful for the washer and dryer as we did need to do a load of laundry during our stay. The location was great. It was convenient to be able to walk to the shops just around the corner to grab coffee or some doughnuts for breakfast. Also - just a short walk from the beach!! The check in/ check out process went smoothly and everything in the house was in good working order. We enjoyed our trip!

Big Thyme Carriage house
It was ok, bed was very small, property looked better in photos! Kind of run down, needs updating. Great location, construction on house next door was very loud and early wake up because of the noise. Overall needs to be updated

Location good. Property Not so much.
The location of this property is great. The cleanliness was not. The walls look filthy. The furniture felt damp and looked dirty. There were crumbs in the pull out couch, so no one cleaned that before we arrived. I didn’t even bother to pull the bed out of it because it was just gross. The smell of the property was horrible. Maybe mildew or mold? My friend and I bought Lysol and candles to try to cover it up, but that didn’t even help. I took the extra sheets out of the closet to lay on top of the couch and they had a blood stain on them. Gross!! When you are paying 1800.00 for 4 nights I would expect WAY more. Especially for Rosemary Beach. The bed was comfortable and the location was good. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

Great location and absolutely adorable garage apartment. Pictures are quite misleading though. The pictures make the property seem much bigger but it was honestly perfect for me and my husband. However, if you need more space, pick a bigger location. Overall, very happy and we will be back!

Best location & perfect for family of 3-4
Check in/check out super easy. Perfect location for access to all things Rosemary has to offer. Great size place for 2 adults and 1-2 small children. Bed was comfy and setup of place was exactly what we needed for a party of 3. Only other thing would be the decor is pretty outdated and the walls could really use a fresh coat of paint and a few repairs definitely needed. A fresh coat of paint throughout the place and some more updated decor/furniture would make a huge difference! Overall a great place to rent and we enjoyed our stay!!

Uncomfortable and out-dated
The location is great. However, the property was uncomfortable and out dated. There was sand all over the floor. The whole place is in desperate need of an update. The bed was the worst. It had a plastic mattress cover under the sheet which caused us to sweat. We actually left a night early because we couldn’t sleep in that bed another night. The garage door keypad didn’t work and it was a rainy weekend. I would have to walk around to the side door in the rain to open the garage from the inside. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if there weren’t thunder storms. I did contact the property manager at check-in regarding the keypad not working and she responded right away that someone would fix the code or replace the keypad in the morning. No one fixed the code in the morning. I contacted her again. She gave me another code to try and it did not work. I notified her that the other code didn’t work and never received another response from her.

Great Space for a couple
The location is in the center of town. The space is appropriate for a couple. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was oven. This carriage house is a good representation of carriage houses in Rosemary Beach.

Carriage house is so nice and was just enough space for two adults and an infant. We rented a pack n play and it fit in the living room. The location is unbeatable - walk to everything! Highly recommend.

We loved this cute carriage house right in the heart of Rosemary Beach! Perfect spot for family of 4

Great location in heart of Rosemary
It’s hard to beat the location of this little carriage house. You right smack in the middle of downtown Rosemary. The unit is a decent size and the kitchen was useful. Having a washer and dryer was nice too. I was also surprised to see the place had real solid oak hardwood floors, which gave it a classy feel. The only negatives were that the floor needs to be cleaned better as it is a bit sticky. The couch in the living room is a bit old and needs replacing. Lastly the bed is comfortable but it an older type of memory foam so you will sweat when you sleep unless the temp is 68 or less on thermostat.
