Incredible view! Cozy studio with sweeping ocean view. We provide everything needed for a comfortable stay - two beach service chairs (in season), beach towels, bath towels, equipped kitchen, k-cups, tea, games, and a 65" TV. Complex has a pool, casual poolside restaurant and bar, game room, free WiFi, gym, internet café, and grills. There's tons to do within walking distance or a short drive, but you can also have a great vacation without ever leaving the property! Max 4 guests, including infants. VCR# 39594 Eclectic décor with retro glam vibe and tropical touches. One queen bed and a twin daybed with trundle. Small but functional kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, French press. IMPORTANT: 1\. There is no private balcony, but the complex has large shared balconies with chairs and beautiful views. 2\. You can only bring one car, and must pay a one time resort fee of $30 in cash at check in at which time you will get a parking pass. A second car can be parked in public paid parking about a mile down the road. Even if you do not being a car, you must still pay the $30 resort fee. 3\. Like many PCB complexes, all guests must wear a wristband at all times on property. This is for guest safety and to ensure that amenities are not used by unauthorized individuals. Younger children or people who have issue with the bands fitting can wear them in a lanyard. Take care not to lose the wrist bands as there will be a $10 charge per replacement band. 4\. Bring quarters if you wish to use the shared laundry space. 5\. No pets are allowed by the HOA, including emotional support animals. (Sorry!) 6\. MAX 4 guests, including infants. This is a fire marshal restriction and security will not allow you to check in with any extra guests. LOCATION: Complex is directly on a gorgeous beach and walking distance from an ice cream shop, pizza restaurant, and tourist attractions like mini golf and go-karts. For more laid back activities, we are 1 mile from Pineapple Willies and 4 miles from St. Andrew's State Park, which is a stunning location that is great for snorkeling, diving, and fishing, and has a ferry to Shell Island. We are also 4 miles from an excellent dive shop, as well as activities like fishing charters, dolphin watching, hiking, and more. We will not be onsite but are always available through the airbnb app or by text/phone if needed Top of the Gulf is centrally located between the East and West ends of the strip and offers a quiet getaway on a private stretch of beach acceSeveral restaurants like Longboards, Hammerhead Freds and the Hershey Ice Cream shop are within walking distance Pineapple Wilies is about 1 mile down the road! The Pier Park, WaterPark, St Andrews State Park, and many more activities just a few miles away (usually a 10-20 min drive.) The complex has enough parking spaces for 1 car per unit. HOA strictly enforces this rule so parking isn't an issue. Additional vehicles to park in the lot across from Ripley's Believe it or not. The owners have taken great care to create a comfortable and stylish place right on the beach. The view is stunning. The bed is very comfortable and the linens were of a high quality. Plenty of towels and beach gear. Loved the condo building. It is not one of the giant high-rises - much more friendly and less crowded. I enjoyed the free use of the beach chair and of the umbrella as well. Sadly, Hurricane Helena interrupted my stay and I had to leave two days early. Great communication with owner. ##### Nicole D. It’s an older facility but has been really well kept! The pool area was great!! All of the staff were very accommodating! The only reason we gave it an overall rating of 4 stars is because of the mattress on the bed and day bed. The day bed is worse than the queen bed. The queen bed needs box springs and that may help. If you have any kind of back issues, you will have issues with the beds. There also needs to be a chair other than the chairs at the table to sit on. ##### Connie O. However, the space was just too small for 4 people, in my opinion. We had two adults, a teenager and my 10 year old. The pull out couch is really a trumble bed and the couch part was horribly creaky. Every time my husband moved it woke us up. Also, since the trundle sat on the floor he got up in the night, tripped over it and fell. There was no walkway. The bathroom was tiny. We didn’t have anywhere to hang up wet swimsuits or towels. The place was decorated nicely and management was very quick to respond when I let them know the door code wasn’t working. We were just given a code and no other instructions, but apparently we were supposed to know it was hit “lock” door code hold “lock” for 2 seconds). It didn’t work half the time anyway. Anything you need for your stay is available and very convenient. The property manager, is very informative, and communicates with you when needed. They have extra incentives such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is way better than any other place I have stayed. Very good products in your room, and it is so clean. There is also plenty of pillows, blankets, and also cookware for you to use just in case. I have zero complaints about this place. They also had toys for children for the beach, and that made it so much easier than buying them. I am still in disbelief of how amazing my trip was so easily impacted by an amazing room. Also, even though there is no balcony, the view is still amazing!! I love how updated everything was!! The owner of this property definitely put a lot of love into this place. I will definitely be back to stay at this location on my next trip. So very impressed!!!! ##### Chelsie H. Issues we had: First day the Britta purified drinking water had a leak, we filled it up and it leaked all on the floor. No issues. Contacted Jeff and he instructed to throw away.shower also had an issue and would only work on low pressure unless you or your partner would hold in a button. Again contacted Jeff but no handyman apparently could fix until the next week when we were gone so had to deal with that. Elevators broke (both) during the trip and one was down for most of the duration. Not an issue for property owner but considering we got stuck in the elevator for roughly 15 minutes, it still left a bad taste in our mouth. Girlfriend had to use an inhaler to get up 5 flights of stairs one night, again just annoying. Both were fixed by the end of the week. No dishwasher tablets left so unable to finish that prior to departure. Air was overall just “ok”. Normally you can get room temp down to under 70 but unable to do so here. Minor things that made the trip less than enjoyable but not all was on the owners. The shower not working all week was why it lost the star. Great location. Loved the area. Beaches were even better. The condo was clean and the owners provided all the details about the condo and had all of the amenities you would need for an enjoyable stay. I had a crazy incident with the door, in which I contacted the owner, Jeff about. I was actually glad it was me there and not my parents lol. Jeff immediately responded, was patient with me, and helped me by taking care of the issue within the hour, to which I had no problems after it had been resolved. I was impressed with the beautiful condo and amazing location just steps to the beach and with a gorgeous view from the window. The beach chairs were a bonus. Thank you! All of this was important, but I was also very impressed with communication by the owners. I do recommend this condo and these owners for anyone wanting to visit PCB. ##### Bory P.
