This beautiful 28th floor (#2807) condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, vacation condo also boasts gulf front balcony access from the open living room area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views and those unforgettable sunsets. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include an updated coastal decor, a full-size refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for the family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. \*\*\* You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival. \*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12\. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. While the amenities at the property were what I expected and the room was as advertised, I was very dissapointed upon check in that each day there was a new "discovery" to dampen our time. Bed was terrible. A hump in the middle of bed and the sides were worn down. Each night I felt like I was rolling towards the edge and I woke up hurting from the broken down mattress. BIG, BIG issue - elevators. Upon arrival, we were being told to be prepared to wait! Wait, we did. Not all elevators were functional and it sounds like this is not a temporary problem, according to those who have stayed here more than once. We most likely will not be back and won't be recommending to others to stay. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jean P. 18 juill. 2024 #### Great location Upon arrival, the checkin process went great. Friendly staff and very organized. The biggest with the condo building were the elevators. There were two of the three nights I stayed and the elevators took almost 25 minutes before I was able to get up to my room. Not sure if there were maintenance issues with the elevator system but it was unacceptable. The only other issue I had was the condo unit itself. The bed was awful! Very uncomfortable. The mattress was almost caved in the middle which made for three terrible nights sleep. I highly suggest the owner invest in a new mattress of better quality. Other than that, the condo was clean and I had an amazing view of the fireworks displayed at the pier. ##### Jean P.
