There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Had everything we needed and more! Leah was super sweet and very easy to talk to. Souvenir shops were right across the street and Walmart just a very short distance, could even walk if you needed. Parking was easy. Pineapple Willy’s short walk on the beach and the food was great! No added fees, like parking. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. You don't always get that sense. It is nicely decorated, has a coffee bar, & has shower supplies in the shower for you already in case you forget.
