This charming 1940's beach bungalow is literally STEPS (1 block!!) until your toes are in the sand at a private beach access!

Located in the quiet Bid-A-Wee beach neighborhood, guests are welcome to rent a golf cart, or walk & use the private beach accesses. Fully-fenced yard, well-equipped kitchen, beach gear & BBQ available for you!

Welcome to Barefoot Bungalow, a delightful gem tucked away in the heart of Florida's coastal paradise. Nestled just a block away from the beach, this 1940s bungalow emanates an inviting 'Olde Florida' charm with a private neighborhood beach has been beautifully updated over the years, showcasing an engaging blend of nostalgia and contemporary comforts.

The bungalow is set in a spacious, fully fenced yard, encouraging both safety and freedom to enjoy the outdoors. Crochet swings hanging under the ancient oak tree adds a dash of whimsical fun, while a BBQ and outdoor dining area at the back ensure relaxed evenings under the stars.

The charmingly covered front patio, strung with enchanting Edison lights, serves as a quaint outdoor lounge space. An outdoor shower and included beach gear enhance your seaside experience, making it effortless and fun-filled.

Inside, the bedrooms are graced with king-size beds that boast luxury mattresses for unrivaled comfort. Jewel-toned comforters lend a vibrant pop of color against the home's coastal beach decor. Infused with a boho chic aesthetic, every corner of the bungalow reveals custom touches and clever utilization of space, making the small home feel both cozy and comfortable.

YES, this home has private beach access! Enjoy the sugary white sands and the jewel-toned Emerald Coast beaches tucked away from the crowds using the Bid-A-Wee private access points. Head on down with the provided beach chairs, cooler, and wagon.

No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own home instead of just a hotel room!

Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and close to the beach! It is golf-cart friendly in case guests rent a golf cart.

Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $25 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There is an owners closets in the home that is off limits. We have a sign on this door and it is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

**This is an older 1940s home & therefore has limited receptacles inside. There is not a receptacle in the bathroom. This is very common for homes of this age. There are supposed to be outlet extenders inside. If there are none, please let us know & we will have some delivered for you. Also, there is no dishwasher in this home.**
